Both of their cases can be strong, because ak did not tell the truth, and Abhimanyu turned his back on her, both wrong but both had reasons. The courts will look at different angles, right now Abhimanyu’s financial stability is better but his family environment is toxic, the way they raising the kids is horrible!

I personally think the only thing Abhimanyu has better right now is financial stability. But Mother will carry the with her for 9 months. do you as per law even doctors should not tell the about the baby and whether it's a boy or girl also to the father without mother's consent.

Mother feels the baby from the second she conceives. Even after 9 months, she will feed him with her milk.

While delivering a baby, not only the baby even the mother will go through rebirth. The woman's body will go through changes that are equivalent to rebirth.
