I think there is sallu thanvi scenes. There were clips of it in the ost and teasers. There is a scene where phupho is running to hit sallu playfully in the terrace. He most probably teased her with thanvi or his uncle😆

Salman's friend still knocked the door before entering.so it might be to show the audience how someone should enter another person's room. The drama is about telling the audience small but important things in a subtle way. So salman taking his shirts off is totally understandable and justifiable 😈
