Abhimanyu’ and Arohi thinking of Ruhis birth and Abhimanyu helping her and Ruhi and the first few years of their co parenting that Arohi in hospital must be flashback of Ar just before her delivery

or Abhimanyu/ Arohi telling Ruhi the story of her birth just like Akshu told Abhir.

just like how they showed Akshara’s struggle during childbirth and AbhiNav helping her the same way Abhimanyu’ helping Arohi
