If they really wanted it this way it should have been shown from Day1 of the leap....when he came back from Kasauli till the time Sharmas came to Udaipur there was no soul connection.

Now suddenly there is.

He should also feel pain everytime his mother starts yelling at Akshu, it is equally painful to watch😆
