Meerub’s jealousy arose from "my ijjat" means her pride/dignity's side, in initial epi where she saw haya feeding murtasim soup! Remember what she said? Tumhe jo karna hein karo but jab tak main hu yeh sab mat karo, kyu ki mere rehte mere samne yeh sab karoge to baat meri ijjat par ayegi

She even went ahead with " tum mujhe usse chura to main sukr mand rahungi " to haya.

She was less less interest for murtasim that time, love toh 100000 kilo duri ki baat thi

So Meerub’s jealousy was coming more from her pride/dignity/self respect's side. She was all ok haya taking him away , the only thing she was asking Don't do this rubbish thing when I'm still here coz that will decrease her dignity as a wife or woman as she is titled as his wife infront of all the world , now she accepts it or not!

I dunno if I'm being able to write my words properly or not , for you to get it I'm too sick today and my brain is feeling like numb, but her jealousy was more against haya as woman vs woman clash than for murtasim and his love or love/ attachments for him!

But when it came to murtasim's jealousy it was all the raw feelings he feels for meerub, even see what wakas said, for murtasim you're above than his gaitat, izzat. Murtasim’s jealousy was purely for meerub only. Bhaad mei jaye izzat, gairat, woh shayed baad mei aya...but first PUSH button was fear of losing her, losing the love of his life. Anger that his love is with another man, another will take her away. Love and MEERUB was the first and core reason for his jealousy. How he was remembering that leech rohail touching her wrist and all , saying all those rubbish mohabbat dialogues while sitting on that chair outside.

So you can see why the huge differences of breakdowns, one could handle or forget it easily just by some safayi , but one is still hurt and couldn't help himself letting it go!

There is nothing author or writing backed on her character's part which can show any feeling or progression of feelings on her part.

On author's part she is still clean slate.

As in case of murtasim you don't have to depend on wahaj's eyes,expressions,or body language to say murtasim love meerub.

You had monologues,dialogues as well as insights which can't be interpreted on individual basis as its already a fact as a part of written story.

So no assumptions for me.

From character's side there is nothing concrete for me to say she has any feelings,I never saw a scene where she is all frustrated or confused regarding all these alien feelings or where she had been fighting between her mind and heart nothing in form of fact as dialogue,monlogue,or insight.

So I'll see what I will be shown.

I have already too much work to do,can't interpret characters now on my life experience basis.

It will cause viewer's bias and I don't want that for me.😅

Be happy that , the writer is very generous with your fav character . Keep supporting him👍🏼

Yes meerab doesnt say “i love you” but all her actions does.. specially after the accident/bedroom scene.

Egoistic confused soul that's best definition for meerab. Real life main toh aisy log can survive but in dramas, audience usually don't like such characters.

I would blame writer for that, there should be few monologues for meerab character. Where we would have come to know, what is her thought process.
