Pakhi is to instigate everyone against sai, but no-one is there to instigate against Pakhi in that house as nobody is so evil than her. Sai is always tortured only after pakhis instigation preleap (only one time virat was angry at sai is after Pakhi is bailed without pakhi's involvement).

So before preleap, every time after virat's redemption or realization what he did with sai is wrong and we use to feel his pain and use to accept him as sai used to accept him.

but from pakhi's bail and post leap we don't feel any empathy because whatever he did is his own act and not Pakhi instigating him IMO.

Basically, now Sai has registered that Vinayak thinks that she is his family (Virat-Vinu-Patralekha) protector, and she will not break that. Patralekha has cleverly secured Vinu.

Now even if Virat divorces Patralekha, she will stay in the house because Vinu is in the house. So Virat will not divorce her. Vinu is Patralekha's ticket to stay in Chavan Niwas and also tie Virat to her.

Meanwhile, is Sai willing to forego Vinayak? She wants a stable family with Savinu but she also knows Vinayak will not leave Patralekha at any cost.
