You know i was reading a insta post by "Roohdar" maybe they are here as well (i cant add links due to Newbie status) and they wrote how people who have lost dear ones at young age have a psychological fear of losing more people who love them. To counter that fear they can go to any lengths to save the relationships they value the most

Dev has been alone for so long without his mom and dad, despite having Satya, abhi and chitra, that now when he has Vidhi who he loves absolutely unconditionally, he cannot imagine letting her go so even though Vidhi's behaviour to a certain extent was not acceptable, he let it go easily

Hoping for better days ahead

I can get behind this - everyone needs a break from her gyaan vani. And she better not start any sentence with - ‘meri ma/paapa ye kehati/e…’ I was hoping besharmas would have some self respect and not show their faces to dev for sometime - but no, didi made them come with karele ki chilke ke sabzi.
