Hii guys!!

The story is based on the current track of GHKKPM. I was a Sairat shipper, but I feel they are better off apart. So this story begins after Satya makes Vinu realize that Sai had saved Pakhi twice, and Savi and Vinu force Pakhi and Sai to feed each other.

-----------------

Sai lay tired on the bed with Savi beside her, watching her sleep peacefully. She wished Vinu was with them, but Pakhi had already poisoned his mind with unnecessary thoughts. However, she was grateful that he wasn't upset with her. This reminded her of Satya, and how she had misjudged him as a good man. Despite their disagreements, he had always been there for her. Although he remained true to his job, he could have easily turned against her, causing her to lose everything.

"How brilliantly he turned the tables against Pakhi, the master manipulator!" Sai thought to herself. She couldn't help but admire his humor, honesty, street smarts, and caring nature. And of course, he was an amazing doctor too. While lost in her thoughts, Sai dozed off. The next morning, she dressed up Savi for school and prepared herself for work at the hospital before heading out to the hallway.

As Sai walked into the hallway, she saw Virat getting ready for work with Vinayak standing beside him. Savi ran towards them, greeting them first, followed by Sai. Virat kindly offered to drop the kids to school and Sai to the hospital. Sai agreed to let Savi go with Vinu but politely declined Virat's offer to drop her off. As she turned to walk away, she noticed a jealous Pakhi staring at her. Despite the situation, she couldn't help but feel sorry for Pakhi.

Sai stood outside the Chavan Niwas for at least half an hour, waiting for a rickshaw. The scorching heat left her feeling tired and exhausted. Upon reaching her cabin, Sai was surprised to see a large "Welcome Back" balloon and that her colleagues had decorated the room with flowers. They all warmly welcomed her back, and some even danced for her. What surprised her the most was seeing Dr. Satya in the center of the dance floor, trying his best to match the moves of the other nurses. Sai heartily laughed at the sight, enjoying the light-hearted moment.

After a small cake-cutting ceremony and words of wisdom from her chief doctor, the cleaners tidied up and the others left for their respective jobs. Only Satya remained in the cabin, giving Sai a warm smile as he walked towards the door. But before he could leave, Sai stopped him.

"Kisine kaha tha ki woh sirf apna kaam kar rahe hain aur kisi ka saath nahi de rahe hain, sirf sach ka saath de rahe hain, toh phir yeah sab kya tha?" she asked with a wide smile.

Satya chuckled, "Ji bilkul, us waqt maine sirf apna kaam kiya tha, aur toh aur, naam satya hai mera, sach ka saath toh dena hi hai. aur aap sacchi thi, agar main uss waqt sahi yani sai ka saath nahi deta toh woh galat hota. Ab jo maine kiya, ye mera tareeqa hai, apne collegue ko welcome karne ka" Sai nodded with a smile, feeling grateful for Satya's light-heartedness and willingness to go above and beyond his duties as a doctor and felt proud to have him as a colleague. "Aap sach mein bahut achhe insaan hain, Satya, and I'm sorry ki maine aapko judge kiya. Main aapki kadar karti hoon," she said with gratitude.

Satya smiled back, "Aap bhi bahut achhi doctor hain, Sai. Aapke saath kaam karke bahut khushi hoti hai."

As Satya was about to leave, Sai stopped him once again and said, "Dr. Adhikaari, ek baat kahun? Aapne Vinu ko bataya tha na ki main ek achhi insaan hoon aur maine uski mumma ko chot nahi pahunchaya. Uske liye dhanyawad."

Satya smiled and nodded, "Koi baat nahi, Dr. Joshi. Aap sach mein achhe insaan hain aur maine bas sach bataya."

Sai felt a sense of relief and gratitude towards Satya. She knew how important it was for Vinu to have a good impression of her, especially after Pakhi's attempts to poison his mind against her.

"Thank you, Satya. Aapne mere liye bahut kuch kiya," she said with a smile.

Satya shrugged it off, "Koi baat nahi, Sai. Hum toh ek team hai aur humein apne team members ki madad karni chahiye."

With that, Satya bid goodbye to Sai and left her cabin.

As Sai was leaving the hospital, she felt relieved that the day was finally over. She was looking forward to spending some quality time with Savi, who she had missed a lot during the day.

As they were walking towards their room after, Savi suddenly tugged at Sai's hand and said, "Mumma, hume na apni gaadi chahiye. Aap mujhe aur Vinu dada school drop kar sakti ho, phir aap direct hospital chali jaana aur raste mein baba ko bhi office drop kardena."

Sai smiled at her daughter's innocence and cuteness, "Haan haan, jaldi le lenge."

Savi pouted and made a sad face, "Thik hai aai."

Sai chuckled at her daughter's cute demands and kissed her forehead. Sai couldn't help but feel a little sad as she walked past Pakhi holding Vinu tightly in her arms. She knew that Pakhi had been trying to get closer to Virat from a long time , and it seemed like she was using Vinu as a weapon to do so.

Sai quietly walked into her room and sat down on the bed, lost in thought. She couldn't help but feel sorry for Pakhi, who seemed to be so desperate for Virat's attention. It was clear to her that Virat had moved to the other room to avoid any confrontation with Pakhi.

As she lay down on the bed, Sai made a mental note to talk to Virat about Pakhi's behavior. She knew that it wasn't healthy for anyone involved, especially Vinu. She closed her eyes and drifted off to sleep, hoping for a better tomorrow.

The next day, Sai woke up determined to have a conversation with Virat about Pakhi's behavior. She couldn't let Vinu be caught in the middle of Pakhi's manipulation any longer. She found Virat in the living room, sipping his morning coffee.

"Virat, mujhe tumse baat karni hai," Sai said firmly.

"Sai, bolo kya baat hai?" Virat asked.

"Virat, main yeh kehna chahti hun ki Pakhi Vinu ke saath bohot karibi ban rahi hai aur usse mere khilaaf bhadka rahi hai. Aur yeh sab tum bhi acche se jaante ho. Mai isse bardasht nahi kar sakti, jitna jaldi vinu ko sach pata chalega, utni acchi hai," Sai replied with concern.

"Main samajhta hun Sai, mai ispar baat karoonga. Iske saath tumhe pareshaan hone ki koi zarurat nahi hai," Virat assured her.

Virat sat alone in his room, lost in his thoughts. He couldn't help but think about how he had been avoiding Pakhi. He had been distancing himself from her because he didn't want to hurt Sai or give Pakhi the wrong idea. But at the same time, he couldn't ignore the fact that he had deep feelings for Sai. He looked at the family photo on his bedside table and felt a deep longing to have Sai, Vinu, and Savi with him as a family. He knew that he had to talk to Pakhi and make her understand that they could never work, but he didn't want to hurt her. He was torn between his feelings and his sense of responsibility towards Sai and his family. "Sai has always been there for me, and she has been a great partner and mother to our children. I can't imagine my life without her, and I will do everything to make sure that we stay together." He thought to himself.

As Sai steps out, she decides that it's time for her to buy a car for herself. She knows it will be convenient for her to take Vinu and Savi to school and then head to the hospital without relying on Virat's availability. She makes a mental note to research the best cars in the market and start saving up for them. As she walks towards the main road, she feels a sense of independence and accomplishment building up inside her.

I enjoyed the hindi dialogues, they were so sensible and the relationship seemed more organic between Sai and Satya 😳

Part 2

An excited Savi ran to her baba and exclaimed, "Baba, baba, Vinu dada jaldi chalo, mujhe kuch dikhana hai!" She eagerly pulled Virat and Vinu outside. Vinayak and Virat stepped out of the house and saw a brand-new black Maruti Ciaz parked in the driveway. They were both fascinated by the car.

Vinu asked "Woooww, yeh kinta cool hai!! Baba aapne bataya nahi ki hum naya gaadi le rahe hain?"

Virat responded "Car toh badiya hai, lekin yeh maine nahi mangvaya, Savi baada yeh kiski gaadi hai?"

Savi excitedly replied, "Aai lekar aayi hai. Ab hum sab saath mein jaayenge!"

Virat was surprised, "kya? Sai ne gaadi khareedli aur hum mein se kisi ko bataya tak nahi?" He wondered.

Savi nodded and dragged both Vinayak and Virat to the car. They inspected it closely and admired the sleek design and features.

Vinayak couldn't resist and asked, "Hum sab ek ride pe chalein, Baba?"

Virat smiled, "Pehle Sai ko aane do, hum chalenge"

He saw Sai coming with her things, and approached her.

"Sai, nayi gaadi lene ki kya zaroorat thi? Roz main tum sab ko drop karta hoon na? Yeh bewajah kharcha kyun kar rahi ho?" Virat asked with concern.

"Isliye toh, Nagpur ke DCP se hamesha lift toh nahi maang sakti na? Aur yeh gaadi, maine apne liye khareedi hai, apni family ke liye. Mujhe kisi ki permission puchne ki zaroorat nahi hai," Sai said calmly but firmly. Virat felt terrible that Sai did not include him as a member of her family, a lone tear escaped his eyes.

Sai noticed that both Vinu and Savi were admiring the car and asked excitedly, "Ride pe chalein?" Vinu and Savi nodded enthusiastically. She took them for a ride while Virat felt worse as he was left alone.

All these things did not go unnoticed by Pakhi, who had mixed emotions. She felt a sense of relief that Sai was not paying much attention to Virat, but at the same time, she was scared of Vinu taking Sai's side. Pakhi realized that the dynamics of the Chavan household were changing, and it made her uneasy.

Virat sat in his room, contemplating the recent events. He knew that his Kaku was right - being married to Pakhi while having feelings for Sai was not fair to anyone. His heart yearned to be with Sai and form a happy family with Savi and Vinu. Now that the entire Chavan family had grown closer to Sai, he knew it was time to make things right. He had to break ties with Pakhi and reveal his truth to Vinu. He decided to speak with Vinu first.

Lost in his thoughts, Virat suddenly realized that Vinu, Savi, and Sai had returned. He quickly made his way downstairs to join them. They were all discussing the car and how great of a driver Sai was. Kaku then asked Sai why she felt the need to purchase a new car when there were already plenty of cars in the house. Sai simply replied that those cars did not belong to her and that she was no longer a part of the family. This statement caught Virat off guard and he couldn't help but feel a sense of guilt wash over him.

That night, Virat finally found his chance to speak to Vinu while Pakhi was not around. He made Vinu sit in his lap and began, "Vinu, aapko ek baat bataun?" Vinu nodded.

"Lekin, promise karna ki aap puri baat sunoge," Vinu promised.

"Bohot saal pehle, tumhari doctor aunty aur main shaadi shuda the, hum dono saath mein isi ghar mein hua karte the, Sai meri jaan thi. Hum sab ek parivar banke khush the, Sai aur main bohot khush the ek dusre ke saath."

Vinu was shocked and rolled his eyes, "Yeh kya bol rahein hain baba? Aapki wife toh mumma hain na?" He refused to believe what Virat just said.

"Haan beta, ab meri wife Pakhi hai, lekin uss se pehle Sai meri wife thi, aur tum tab paida hue the jab mein aur Sai saath the, tum mere aur Sai ke bete ho Vinu." He took a breath of relief as he finally broke out the news to him.

"Yeh kya bol rahe hain baba? Doctor aunty meri mumma hai? Nahi yeh jhut hai, meri sirf ek mumma hai aur woh sirf Pakhi mumma hai, doctor aunty nahi," Vinu said in disbelief.

"Bilkul sahi kaha tumne beta," Pakhi came into the room and pulled Vinu towards her.

"Vinu, tumhe koi galatfahmi hui hai. Doctor aunty tumhari mumma nahi thi. Woh bas Virat aur Sai ke acche dost thi, aur Virat aur Sai ke beech mein koi aisa rishta nahi tha" She said Vinu. Tumhare baba mazak kar rahe hain.

Vinu was smart, he knew Pakhi was just trying to console him but he was angry as to why Virat said such a thing, he angrily walked off, he knew he had only one mumma and it was clearly not doctor aunty. "kya woh sach mein jaadugarni hai?" he thought to himself.

As Vinu left the room, Pakhi blasted at Virat. "kya karne ki koshish kar rahe ho Virat? Pehle Sai mere bete ko mujhse se alag karna chahti thi aur ab tum, ek baat dhyaan se sun lena, Vinu mujhse kabhi alag nahi hoga aur agar tum me se kisi ne aur koshish ki, toh mera kadam alag i hoga Virat." She warned Virat and rushed to Vinu as she didn't want his mind wandering.

Vinu's anger started to subside as Pakhi hugged him tightly and comforted him. He felt safe in her arms and knew that she would always be there for him. "Mumma, kya sach mein doctor aunty meri mumma hai?" Vinu asked Pakhi.

Pakhi took a deep breath and said, "Nahi beta, woh jhooth bol rahe the. Tumhari ek hi mumma hai aur woh main hoon, tumhe apne kok mein 9 mahine maine paale hain, tum mera hissa ho Vinu" She kissed his forehead and wiped away his tears.

Vinu felt relieved, he knew that she loved him unconditionally and would always protect him. "Mumma, aapse bohot pyaar karta hoon," Vinu said as he hugged her tightly.

Pakhi smiled and hugged him back, saying "Main bhi tumse bohot pyaar karti hoon beta. Tum mere sabse pyaare ho." She felt a rush of fear run through her - if she lost Vinu, she knew she would lose everything.

Virat felt irritated that he couldn't explain Vinu's situation properly. He knew Vinu was going to see Sai in a bad light again. He realized that he had to make things right and regain their trust.

As Vinu and Pakhi were hugging, Virat came in and said, "Vinu, chalo hum terrace pe chalte hain," asking with affection.

Pakhi looked at him with a stern expression, saying "Virat, Tumne Vinu ka dil dukhaya hai aur ab woh kahi nahi aayega, aaj woh apne mumma ke saath soyega." Vinu nodded. Pakhi found an opportunity here, saying "Vinu, dekho, baba ab sach bolenge. Virat, batao maine hi Vinu ko janam diya na, Vinu ko nau mahine maine hi paala na, apne andar?" with a smirk. Virat tried to explain, "haan Vinu, lekin..." "Bas, dekha Vinu, ab baba ne bhi keh diya na, ki main hi tumhari asli mumma hoon. Ab chinta mat karo aur so jaao," she interrupted. Virat understood it was a trap. He knew he was in big trouble and left the room helplessly.

As he expected, the next day, Vinu clearly avoided Sai and began to be rude to her. Sai didn't understand his change in behavior but figured out that Vinu was being manipulated by Pakhi. Virat brought Sai aside and explained what had happened. "Tumse ek kaam dhang se nahi hoti na? Ghar mein usse samjhane ki koshish kar rahe the, tumhe nahi pata tha ki Pakhi yeh sab nahi hone degi?" she asked him furiously. Then, it hit her that she was losing Vinu to Pakhi all over again. "Phir se, ek baar phir se, Vinu mujhse alag ho raha hai aur main kuch nahi kar pa rahi hoon. Apne hi bete se main haq se baat nahi kar sakti," she fell and sobbed.

Savi noticed her mom crying and gave her a tight hug "kya hua aai?" She saw Virat looking at Sai cry but wasn't doing anything. She felt angry that her baba is not helping her aai. Sai quickly gathered herself and said "kuch nahi baada, school ke liye der ho rahi hai na, chalo, lets go" She took Savi away.

Three days had passed and Vinu still hadn't spoken to Sai. He would spend most of his time with Pakhi, occasionally interacting with Savi and Virat. Sai felt hopeless and gradually accepted that Vinu could never be hers. She knew she had lost him and it saddened her, but she had grown accustomed to life being harsh on her. Fate seemed to have something against her, and she couldn't help but feel like she was losing everything she cared about, including Savi.

The next day, Virat called Sai and asked her to pick up the kids from school because he had some work to do. He hoped that Vinu would talk to her and that Sai could make him understand the truth. Sai picked up both kids from school, but as she expected, Vinu ignored her. Savi was excitedly sharing all the day's events, but Sai couldn't take her eyes off Vinu, who refused to even look at her. Suddenly, she received an urgent call from the hospital and had to leave immediately.

Sai explained the situation to Savi and took both kids with her to the hospital. She left them in her cabin and told Savi to wait for her while she went to attend to the emergency. Savi fell asleep waiting for Sai while Vinu tried calling Virat through the landline. Finally, Sai finished her work and apologized for the delay before taking the kids back home.

A week later

Sai had had enough. It was better to stay away from Vinu than to suffer each day from seeing him ignore her. In the past week, Vinu had become very quiet and barely spoke to anyone. Even Savi fought with Virat for not helping Sai when she cried and started to act fussy about it. Sai had made the decision to move out. She knew she had lost to Pakhi, but at least her kids would be happy. She needed to maintain a distance and hoped this distance would also help to mend Savi's anger with Virat. She packed their bags and moved to the hall with Savi, declaring her decision. The Chavans, except for Pakhi and Ashwini, tried to stop her, but she stood firm in her decision to move out. As Sai and Savi were walking away, she heard a voice.

"Aai, please mat jao," Vinu pleaded. Sai turned back to see Vinu. "Aap meri wajah se jaa rahe ho na? I'm so sorry, main aapse kabhi rude behave nahi karunga," he said, almost crying. He hugged Sai and broke down, repeatedly saying sorry until Sai stopped him and asked, "Aapne mujhe kya bulaya?" with utmost disbelief.

"Aai," he replied.
