quick recap :

dev is praying to milapini Maiya saying that all doors have closed on me, but my mom always used to say when all doors are closed, your door will always be open. You know I’m telling the truth and you know that I don’t remember. He says that you brought vidhi and me together and I will do what I have to, to get the truth out. If the truth turns out to be what divya is saying - then I’ll accept whatever punishment is in store for me.

He calls yamini and Divya picks up and tells him that her mom is in the hospital because of him and if something happens to her, she will never forgive him (???) and hangs up.

Dev bangs on the door and asks vidhi to open, vidhi does and tells him she doesn’t want to talk to him. Dev says that he just spoke to divya and divya said yamini is at city hospital. He asks her to come with him, because he wants to talk to her in front of vidhi so that later she doesn’t tell him that he put pressure on yamini to hide the truth.

HP comes and is like when vidhi says she does t want to talk to you, why are you forcing her, dev is getting irritated but vidhi is like no, she’ll go with him. When so much has already been said and heard, she’ll listen to this also

Dev and vidhi go to see yamini, but yamini goes into another respiratory attack and the docs ask them to leave.

Dev is waiting to hear more about yamini and talks to divya - who is like you care so much about vidhi, but not about me whom you abandoned. Dev doesn’t know what to say to that. Divya is like vidhi has to face the truth and reality. The DNA reports will also say the same. Dev is like DNA reports - can we bring them out sooner? Divya is like I’ve waited so many years, you can wait a few days.

HP calls satya and asks them all to come the next day.

Amba and Yogesh are talking, and Amba is like she wants to make sure that her attack now, doesn’t miss its mark. She doesn’t care if divya is devs daughter or not, but the DNA reports should say that she is. She tells him you change the report destroy the report, I don’t care, but the report that the family gets should be positive.

Next day Dev and family go to HP’s house and HP is like sorry I can’t welcome you. I’ve packed everything you’ve given us during the course of the wedding - please take this let’s end the relationship. Vidhi is phoot phoot ke crying (? Really??) dev is like how can you say this? You know with what difficult vidhi and I got married and you just want to end it. He folds his hands and asks for a chance and time for the truth to come out. HP gives some bhashan. Satya tells HP to stop - that this was not a doll wedding and you just can’t end a relationship like that. Hp is like you don’t know how difficult this is for me- but I don’t want my daughter to live under the shadow of this truth. Satya is like I know dev and I know he couldn’t have done anything like this and definitely not cheat anyone - looking at vidhi.

dev goes to vidhi and says tell your father - vidhi is like what should I tell him? You tell me if the tables were turned and you were in my shoes and I come and tell you that I don’t remember two days of my life what will you do. My parents are doing what is right for me (is she mad?)

yamini finally comes and is like everyone has said something, everyone has made up their own story - but now it’s the time for the truth which only I know.

She goes to bajao ghanti in mandir when Bimla stops her and is like you can’t pray here, you housebreaker.

Bechara mera Dev! Iqbal's eyes must have spoken 1000 words more than the voiceover dialogue.

In all this writing mess, the silver lining is Dev's character. The man does not lie even when he knows, he can come in trouble. He openly accepted yesterday that Yamini gave him coffee in the morning.

and yeh Bims, apne aap ko samjhati kya hai? They don't own the temple, yaar! How can she stop anybody from praying?

Akhand jyot par kasam and all...... Pehale Divya Ammy se poochati ki saboot kya hai.

If Amba tries to create a similar controversy targeting Vidhi, God alone knows what havoc that would create in Dev and Vidhi's lives then!! 😭😭😭

I’m wondering now - is yogu playing a double game? He sometimes seems so shady and greedy that it’s hard to see him pretending to be that way. But Amba’s instructions were to ensure the reports were positive - we know that’s not going to happen. Did yogu have something to do to ensure its integrity?

Also in another note - didi, you’re making it very hard for us to defend your antics. Who the hell lets their dad decide whether they stay married or not? Which zamana are we in? Makers I’m tired of saying this - but you could have done so much better.

I really really hope the makers don’t shoot their own foot by doing that. Please please please. I sat through this, I don’t think I can sit through that.

Yeah this is dumb - thode der pehle jab hum yaha vidhi ke pyar ke baare mein kar rahe the, I saw this BTS and I was like ye lo, hum log yahan apne emotions waste kar rahe hai, and these people have already moved on.
