I was never a fan of Meerab's character from the start because since beginning she was borderline rude even before marriage like unecessarily bluffing about 'Disrespect and respect' dialogue or kicking the bangles. For me she was never worth Murtasim's standard. A man like him deserves a graceful woman like Halima sultan not a brat like Meerab.

I'll call Meerab a brat because though she went through a lot, it nowhere justifies her behavior with Murtasim. She dragged him into marriage and made his life hell, when he did literally nothing. He was as clueless to her parentage truth as she was and he supported her after that.

He supported her through thick and thin, never forced her to do anything still she refused to give an ounce of respect to him, even for the sake of human decency. Yet he never complained, respected her, defended her and forgave her multiple times even though she wasn't apologetic. In return of which she kept her nonsensical behavior intact and goes around bluffing about not being coward, but in reality she is total coward who only knows how to run her tongue in front of him and becomes meek infront of others and he bears it just for the sake of his love and her past.

People coming around and saying that Murtasim is toxic for doubting Meerab so let me clear that he isn't doubting her as he didn't question that whether she and Rohail has something going on, instead he is upset that Meerab doesn't respect there relationship enough to take stand for it. His dialogue 'Apna kirdar banoa' means to make up her mind and make a firm decision of her life instead of swinging like a pendulum and playing with his emotions. Murtasim had always defended Meerab infront of Haya unlike Meerab who remains quite.

Even after this if Murtasim is toxic, then Meerab is a beast and devil in my eyes, who had bluntly used words like 'Aukaat' for Murtasim, doubted him with Haya vocally. I still remember her cringeworthy dialogue that Murtasim is wanting two women in his life before date scene. I wonder how people ignore such things just because Meerab is a girl, because they are borderline humiliating and Murtasim had not for once used such words for Meerab.

Someone on the forum keeps mentioning that Murtasim was fed by Haya so I just want to put some points here. Murtasim wasn't fed and I agree that he was wrong but he apologized and when he was admitted in hospital with a broken hand, he didn't repeat the same mistake instead takes the bowl from her hand. But guess what we never appreciates such things, because we as viewers never forgives like we still bash Murtasim for the slap even though he apologized and never repeated the same mistake.

I'll always be team Murtasim because though he do mistakes, he redeems and respects Meerab unlike Meerab who makes it a matter of her ego and roams around taunting Murtasim for nothing.

I'm also tired with the theory that Meerab has gone through trauma of getting caged and has trust issues, because if she can't trust Murtasim now, after everything he has done for her than I'm sorry she doesn't deserve to have support, because she will take it for granted. Murtasim has gone through difficulties too, he doesn't want to be a feudal, but he behaves maturely and accepts reality unlike Meerab who wants to live in denial for don't know how long.

From the starting of the serial I felt both of them a mismatched because Murtasim deserves a woman who is strong, graceful yet respectful just like Halima sultan. She was an epitome of alpha heroine.

I'm tired with the hypocrisy of people on Twitter who says that they will still love Meerab even if she kills Murtasim, like what in the world?? There is a limit of feminism but in the end when we come forward to appreciate a male lead who puts efforts in becoming a better man day by day, then we are labelled as biased or misogynistic.

Meerab deserves to be safe and happy and every guy should be like murtasim that's true.

But but but..MEERAB IS A LYING HYPOCRITE. She lied about rohail forcing her. She could have asked the driver to keep driving. But she got down.

She deserves to be free safe and do her man marzi. But she shouldn't be with murtasim as murtasim should be with someone who respects him as a person at least. The way she didn't defend him when that rohail was speaking shit.

Bottom lime is every guy should be like murtasim that's basic humanity. But not everyone deserves to be with him. Meerab is one of them. She is such a pretender. Sometimes I wish he dumped her lying ass😂

There is always a point of returning and Meerab also deserves one and I like that she is going to clarify herself in front of Murtasim in next episode, that's a good development. The point of disliking Meerab is that she keeps a humiliating behavior with Murtasim and there is no point of defending it because whatever happened with her Murtasim is innocent in it still he is the only one who understands her and supports her but what he got in return, she didn't even have the spine to defend him in front of Rohail.

It's understandable if she can't love him but my general question is that why can't she respect him? The word 'Aukaat' is very sensitive and she bluntly used it, if Murtasim would have used it then we would have bashed him even if he will apologize, just like we still do with the slap unlike Meerab who got a free pass in the name of cuteness.

Thats the thing is it not? The heart never looks at the size of the hurt or the number of times of betrayal. It just loves.

I understand murtasim. We can't blame meerab for not loving murtasim as she never asked for it. It's fair if he puts the entire universe and all lifetimes to her name and do everything and still not have her love as she never asked for it. That's the beauty and tragedy of true love. It never asks in return.

But still she lied today and gaslighted him. She very purposefully went when she had an opportunity to just ask the drive to drive off or create a scene. Honestly murtasim should ask her what she wants. If she wants to be free then give her the hissa then make her independent and let her go

But she has decided to never leave him or never stop hurting him. That too on purpose. Damn they butchered her character today.

Also, we held murtasim accountable with Haya. And we need to give meerab greater margin as she is a girl and is traumatized and deserves to be happy but bus bohot ho gaya 😂

Exactly! Murtasim being supportive is labelled as basic human decency which every husband must do, but Meerab doing everything to make his life unecessarily hell is labelled as her defense mechanism, then Murtasim must behave the same with Meerab, I bet he would be called toxic in no time. Anyone supporting Murtasim is called having double standards, why??
