He didn't avoid Haya after marriage. He let her feed him on his bed in his room, went to Gao with her without informing Meerab, became eye doctor for her......Meerab was wrong assuming that Murtasim and Haya was having a moment that day and so is Murtasim wrong today by assuming about Meerab and Rohail.

Not justifying her rudeness and unnecessary attitude towards Murtasim or her whole conversation with Rohail. She was wrong today. It doesn't change the fact that the girl has zero control over life. She went to meet a friend, her phone was switched off for sometime and the whole family went mad.
