Meerab jealousy outburst post his accident shows how furious she is that another woman touched him. This is a husband and wife fight, their equation has changed, there is mutual affection between them. Meerab says romance pixie and leave me alone, which means she acknowledges her husband flirts with her, and she will not tolerate his friendliness with anyone. Contrast that to when she got angry post the pixie feeding incident in their bedroom, their argument was clinical, devoid of warmth only stating facts. I actually like Rudra moustache more than Murtasim. Rudra was also a far more intense character. He was just wooooooow, Rudra ranks as one of my all time favs in hindi drama land.

So I am not the only one who felt Rangrasiya went downhill. I remember binge watching the show until a certain episode and then slowly losing interest. Till this day I don't know why I lost interest? Perhaps it taking too long to get the couple together and maybe because Paro becoming a door mat!

Arey haa the mustache is a cultural thing there as well since the story is set in Hyderabad (Sindh), which borders Rajasthan geographically.

In fact, a lot of our language, culture, food practices and even superstitious beliefs are very much the same on either side of the border, be it in Gujarat-Sindh-Rajasthan or on either side of Punjab. Even though religion is different.

Ultimately, cultural practices of what constitute respect in society is something that goes much farther back in history, compared to religion difference which came about only 800-900 years ago.
