He got the bed permanently. It is implied and sleeping arrangements won't be shown again until the consummation episode.
Meerab jealousy outburst post his accident shows how furious she is that another woman touched him. This is a husband and wife fight, their equation has changed, there is mutual affection between them. Meerab says romance pixie and leave me alone, which means she acknowledges her husband flirts with her, and she will not tolerate his friendliness with anyone. Contrast that to when she got angry post the pixie feeding incident in their bedroom, their argument was clinical, devoid of warmth only stating facts. Now when they fight there is emotion, angst, frustration. This attachment and demand of loyalty cannot be achieved if they are not sharing the same bed.
Remember when she woke up he was moving the strands of hair from her face how furious she got, he wasn't allowed to cross the NO TOUCH line. There is a time skip and his injury is healed now. The night dinner date episode showed how comfortable they are in each others presence and with each others touches. If felt like this is not the first time they are this close, what happened that we did not see.
Murtasim says I only have expectations from my legally wedded wife, she doesn't retaliate with I am not your wife, they are past that and now have different challenges to confront. She lets him almost kiss her, didn't pull away in disgust, but ran away because she is shy. The dance was another expression of closeness, it was Meerab who initiated the romance when she slid her hand into his hand very suggestive. That is your cue Romeo take it home now, he held her at the waist and pulled her close to his body all these point towards an upgrade in togetherness, a couple that are past NO TOUCH barriers. They share a bed, they touch each other with love, and show affections openly without any reservations.
Have I cleared your doubts. Sweet dreams.

And the mustache as well - Rangrasiya and Tere Bin both have stayed true to the defining feature of how powerful men look like in Rajasthan, Gujarat, Sindh and Punjab - on both sides of the border. It's a cultural thing in the sub-continent, especially in the north-western parts.
The mustache is such an integral part of men in positions of power - it's as critical as the paag or pagadi on their head signifying their izzat đ
Both Murtaism and Rudra carry it very well đđź
No no I am saying someone should do that so we can know it's a happy ending for them đ
