I have noticed one thing that he does not start saying anything on his own. It's always aap boleye na Anuj, Aaj bolna hi padega with pulling his shirt or forcing him attend Holi and all. He prefers not to speak with anyone, forget about complaining.

When he is forced to speak though he vents about Anupama breaking her promise to him and for not prioritising Choti or him. That what he thinks and I agree with him. He did say that he couldn't be a good father and win Choti's heart, so he is shouldering responsibility for Maya taking away Choti. He is definitely grieving and may seriously be on the path of depression. He needs medical attention, not people forcing him to behave 'normal'.

I agree that he should have fought for Choti, win or lose starting with throwing Anupama out of the room when she was insisting Choti to distribute chocolates.

I guess we are not talking about Anuj's behavioral management skills....yes he is depressed and understandably so. But he needs to stop playing the victim card....whether anu asked CA to give chocolates or take pictures....wouldn't change anything. Anuj had plenty of time to take actions..he just snoozed over it

What victim card? How many biological parents turn up at the foster parents house for their kids? It's unfortunate , so he is a victim.

Why wouldn't it? Anupama send away Choti on purpose to distribute chocolates because Anuj was getting Choti to confess the real reason of her going with Maya.Once Anuj would hear about the self sacrificing nonsense Choti was doing over the nonsense Maya had put in Choti's head, he would have corrected it there and then and Choti would refuse to go with Maya. Then, say, Maya took Choti by force , atleast Choti would know that she wasn't causing fights between Anupama and Anuj and Anuj would know that he wasn't a bad parent and did win Choti's love. Isn't that better than the current scenario?

Otherwise, yes, Anuj should now trust myself and his love for Choti over Anupama trash talk of how fighting for Choti would make Choti torn and unhappy and fight for her even now.

I hope you realise that out of grief Anuj is barely eating and potentially endangering himself ( doesn't even realise there a fire near him) and you are saying that he is snoozing.

I did answer how it was reasonable. I don't believe that Bio parents > Foster parents when it comes to emotions. Legally, yes. So I didn't find Anuj's actions of wanting to keep Choti with him over her bio Mom unreasonable. This view of mine was also very much influenced by Choti placing Anuj > Maaya. If Choti would have placed Maya > Anuj, I would dislike Anuj for the doing what he did though I would have still understood where that desperation comes from. I can keep giving the same reason as to why I don't find him selfish or unreasonable for the above, so I will end it from my side here.

Regarding, Anuj not bothering to find out where Maya is actually Choti's bio Mom and this endangering her safety, I agree with you there. You are right. Choti is his world and this is something any parent would have done.

Yes, Choti should have seen the real side of her bio mother if Maya decided to take her by force. Not to please Anuj but so that Maya or anyone else cannot manipulate her easily in the future. We have seen Choti crying too with Maya and Maya manipulating her again and again. It isn't only Anuj who is heart broken but also Choti.

I do believe that Anuj did his darnest to keep Choti with him - he gave her love, attention and care ever since he fostered her - and I don't know what else can win a kid's heart. Which he actually did. He doesn't know that Choti chose him over Maya.

Yes, he was wrong to listen to Anupamaa at every turn. All her advices of not getting DNA test done and letting Choti go were nonsense and anyone who listens to Anupama is voluntarily stupid.

I have made all my points so from my side I end the discussion here.

U can buy her RS 2 story I can't as I said maybe Maya was in bad condition so she left CA in ashram but still maaya could had come back to claim CA but she never really care, now also she is using CA for some purpose mostly to get anuj , she said her game plan will spoil if CA is not with her , CA herself was not really interested to go with her if she would had not manipulated her that Maan fight coz of her .
