so the story goes raktbija was an asur/rakshash. He got boon from shiva that if his blood wrre to touch earth new raktbija would spawn with equal prowess weapons etc etc. the battle ensued between him and devtas and no one could defeat him because whenever they attacked raktbija he just respawned (like in game 😆) so they prayed to goddess and she took kali form and before the blood would touch earth she would drink all blood. And eventually killed him.
