This show is going so so well…whatever I write won’t be enough…not only is the storyline fabulous but the execution, the acting is just top notch…so bravo to the creatives n actors!! Job well done.

I caught up on the last bunch of episodes and the one stark contrast which I observed was how katha’s clarity with life has been replaced by her dilemmas and viaan’s fuddled thoughts from before have absolute clarity now…this narrative is just next level amazing…Aditi’s expressions as she is battling with her truth with viaan but also her experience with the “new” viaan n now this allegation has been portrayed so well by her…you can see how she is restless, can’t sleep n yet is not able to pinpoint what is wrong here…what is causing this restlessness…I love her scenes with Neerja providing the voice of reason n yet it feels so hollow coz noone knows she faced the exact same situation with viaan…the only difference was that was the reality n Shamita is lying…v v interesting

Contrast that with viaan…previously he was all over the place…in his blind hatred towards women he was not realizing that the restlessness, the instability in his life, only he can help himself…n the viaan from now, such surety, such absolute conviction in his thoughts, in his actions, in his beliefs coz he knows he is truthful n as he says himself his conscience is clear …

I’m hooked!!

I did like how Katha & Vian explained to Aarav without revealing further details but kept it in a way that he can comprehend. In fact, while conversing with him, they got to contemplate further about their situations by themselves. It's quite interesting how the gears have switched one having a direction and the other was juggled up internally due to his biased perception at that time and now they are showing now Vian, who has clear conscience whereas Katha reflects back-and-forth over the "kaali raat" & Shamita's accusation.

I think the precap for the next episode is Katha's imagination since Vian asked her to spend a night with him in exchange for the money & it did occur.

Batman-robin scenes are always a visual treat. I also liked his line of how the ones who aren't supporting him when they are expectations of support are anticipated the most from them.Even Neerja's motivation of Vian's heart being his biggest asset was nice. 👍🏼

I agree to your post, writers here have shown a huge turn around for these two characters. From Viaan's Katha tum kaun ho to Katha's Viaan Aap kya ho transition was very well written.

Agree with you...the dilemma, the conflicting emotions, the situation Katha and Viaan are in, after this accusation is being brought out beautifully. I know some people are finding the pace too sluggish and losing interes,t but the makers are spending a lot of time on this track because it highlights the core issue of the show... and they cannot rush through this track. One cannot compare the pace with the first few weeks of the show because that was the buildup to where K and V find themselves today. In between the traction was kind of lost with focus on other issues, but now I like how things are moving.

This issue cannot be resolved overnight and they need to highlight Katha's confusion and her moving towards clarity on 'Kaun hain Aap'? You have put it beautifully that both K and V have gone through a sea change of attitude after the ONS. She is restless and he is calm...cause her emotions about him are muddled right now and he has a clear conscious this time besides clarity about his own feelings for her.

And what I really like is the larger question this whole track is highlighting...If you have done something terrible in the past, but having realised your mistake & admitted how wrong you were... have been seeking forgiveness from the one you wronged, and steeped in guilt are trying your best to redeem yourself by bringing in a sea change in your attitude/behaviour by undoing the wrong beliefs that led you down that path...are you still deserving of punishment for your misdeed? In fact Viaan rehired Shamita because of these changed beliefs. Just the way Katha gave him a second chance he felt that he should give Shamita a second chance because people make mistakes and we should not hold them to those mistakes for the rest of their lives. If you are truly repentant do you not deserve a second chance?

On the other hand its also ironical and heart breaking from Katha's POV, when everyone around is vouching for Viaan's character, including Dodo who barely knows him, because they have only seen the good side of Viaan. I think Viaan is right when he says 'Jo maine kiya hai uski sazaa mujhe zaroor milegi' with absolute calmness...it will eventually happen...casue karma is a b**** and no matter how repentant he is now he cannot undo the past, it will come to bite him one day! It may happen at a later date when Jitu Bhai, Dodo, Teji, Ehsan and others who have absolute confidence in his goodness, will come to know about the ONS. Let's see how they deal with it at that stage. But for now am pretty sure he will be proven innocent cause like he said 'Jo maine kiya hi nahin uski sazaa mujhe kyun mile'. But in the process Katha's feelings for him will get stirred...cause her doubts around his character will be laid to rest once and for all...or not. Will she ever learn to trust him truly ?? Looking forward to how they depict that.

I loved the Katha- Viaan scene in the last episode esp what Viaan said to Katha about their past ...he told her that in the eyes of God I know I am guilty and cannot offer any explanations but as for the current scenario...ask me whatever you want to...I will answer every question you want me to. I do feel the sneak peak where Katha questions him about the past is pbbly his or her dream. Cause it would be a low blow from Katha knowing as she does that he is truly repentant for that, and I don't think she wants to put him on a spot just for the sake of making him feel guilty, cause she too had moved past that night in some way.

I liked the Viaan Aarav scene...there is something very pure and unadulterated in that bond...there was some foreshadowing there...when the ONS truth comes out Aarav will be the only one in Viaan's corner. I don't know how the makers will handle it though.

I liked how Viaan's body language is completely changed in yesterday's episode...he was confident in his innocence and that is what he was carrying in his attitude initially. But after realising that Katha has doubts on his character again, somthing inside him broke again...the weight of the guilt he was carrying on his shoulders for weeks after he realised his mistake had been lifted off after the Lonavala trip when he realised that Katha had understood him and kind of moved beyond that night. But now the weight of it is back in full force...he loves her and she doubts him, he wills her to believe his truth but she is full of confusion and that breaks his heart.

Hmm...enough for now...I think I have compensated for the silence in the forum🤣.

I can’t comment on pace coz yesterday I watched 6 episodes in a row…lol so when you binge watch the story flow is v good…but I understand if you are watching one episode per week as it is shown one might feel pace is slow

Agree with your post points though!

Nice post :)

That is exactly the role reversal the makers are going for with this track. When the ONS happened between Katha and Viaan - an offer made, accepted and followed through on....ironically it unraveled Viaan much more than Katha at that time. He was filled with torment and confusion constantly having one sided conversations in his head, "Kaun ho tum, Katha"? cuz he couldn't reconcile the Katha he felt he knew with the Katha he felt betrayed by for agreeing to the offer he made. Today, Katha is in that place that he was.....constantly churning with that thought in her head ki "Kaun hain aap"?....because she is unable to reconcile the Viaan she felt she was getting to know off late especially with the Lonavla trip to the Viaan who is now being accused of the very worst that is antithetical to the version she was getting to know.

Yes, the underlying irony remains that Katha has reason to feel conflicted cuz she has personal experience with Viaan making such an offer to her.....but ultimately this is all about tackling prejudice and the truth being more complicated and something beyond what we can imagine sometimes. Viaan was prejudiced against women because of his childhood trauma related to his father and that became the reason for him making this huge mistake/error of judgement in Katha's case. Similarly, Katha now has reason to be prejudiced against Viaan because of her own experience with him....but the truth this time is beyond what appear to be surface similarities. Viaan made that mistake when he judged Katha for asking for that huge amount of money without clarifying why she wanted it.....and now Katha may end up making a similar mistake in judging Viaan based on the surface appearance of the situation in front of her.

The makers are not shying away from tackling the central premise for the angst/conflict between Katha-Viaan....that ONS is not something to be whitewashed and forgotten in the story....yes, Viaan has realized his mistake and is trying to atone, he is genuinely/sincerely sorry....but Katha has still not processed that night beyond what she did as a desperate mother. She cannot really SEE Viaan as a person until she reconciles with that night....and to do that, she has to get a fuller picture of the Viaan from that night in the hotel room...at the bare minimum, she needs to understand that he is not a man who will proposition any woman simply because of his prejudices about gold-diggers. What happened that night was an outlier and there are many more layers to it than thinking this was a man drunk on power trying to buy any woman he wants.

I also binge-watched this show recently and yes, one doesn't feel the slow pace much in the binge-watch.....when you start the day by day watching, then you feel it a bit😆

But personally, I think even the slow epis usually have some moment or the other to savor because the way they show the conversations between the characters (barring the Grewals whom I really can't stand), there is usually something heartwarming about those moments even if they don't move the story forward much on a day by day basis.
