Someone on kuch ankani thread explained it to me. Haq e mehr is the amount a bride is supposed to get for herself after marriage and consummation from her husband.

25lacs for meerab is very less. She is filthy rich and her husband is also rich. They should have shows atleast 50lac to 1crore. They are speaking of Pakistani rupees. So if it's converted to Indian 25lac is not that much for people of that status.

In kuch ankani there was a scene where the malvi was going to cut out the rights of a married woman and the phupho of the bride says not to cut any as it's the bride's right.

Haq mehar is a security of women if sepration happens husband need to pay the money to wife.. that is haq mehr .. it will be any thing in haq mehr like property money gold etc...

Haq-e-mehr niqah ke wakt sohar ki taraf se diya jata hein biwi ko...ek gift/respect hei biwi ko sohar ke taraf se. And its mandatory!

An amount of money, sohar apne apne heisiyat se rakhte hein ( at least hadith mei yehi kaha gaya hei...ke jitna de pao utna hi rakho but iska yeh bhi matlab na hein 1 rupi thama do :) hesiyat 10 lakh ka hein to 10 lakh hi do, 20 ka hein to 20, 1 lakh ka hein to 1lakh hi. Haq na maro biwi ki. )

Haq - e - mehr niqah ki saath saath matlab pehli raat mein hi usoool kar dena hadith mei bataya gaya hein

Isse pura diye bina niqah puri nahi maani jati...matlab yeh niqah plus agar consummation bhi ho jaye niqah ke baad bina meher usool kiye to valid nahi hoti islam ke nazar mei woh sab

I have heard French movies are very good. When i was doing a course on journalism we have a paper on world cinema. It's basically watching famous artistic movies from around the world and I have seen a couple of french movies. Recently i saw a video on a French actor Alain Delon and oh my god he was gorgeous in his prime years. Way more handsome than most of the Hollywood actors.
