Also if this is a love story sai and virat should know that they will not chose anyone else. Even if there is an opportunity. Virat, if he thinks sai has chosen Sathya will still not settle for pakhi. He will live alone. Sai will also show that virat will be her choice even presented with an opportunity like Sathya. There is no choice for her.

I feel issues between Sai n virat should not get resolved .. yeh sab baate reh jani chahiye .. sai should not forgive him ..tab hi better Ho ga when they unite otherwise story toh khatm

Issues will always remain .. and jaise hi Sai will start giving him the clean chit .. and say wah wah .. dang .. nayi zimmedari, naya farz .. viru kabhi nahi sudhrega

Since patralekha is not dead .. taking her uterus out can max revoke their license .. not put the doctor in jail .. otherwise no doctor will operate on any patient
