Why do I think Abhir might just be using the restroom lol but the mystery of the call is still there. Why did Akshara call Abhimanyu?

Akshu because abhir fainted because of heart failure like his mamu in childhood..or abhir himself must have called abhimanyu.. I don't see any other reason.. Writes ka kamaal..

Abhir calling him sounds more reasonable lol because I did see the engagement happening in some bts pics so I don’t think the call is going to be dramatic at all. If it was something serious, the engagement would get postponed lol.

Abhir might be the calling Abhimanyu and not Akshara. The child must have experienced some health issue and would have called Abhimanyu since he is the "Doc man".
