If Katha asking that question is not a dream then i will be honest i have a problem with that
Its her right to doubt him i know and i don't object to it.
But wasn't it in her shartein to not mention it at all.
How convenient it is to ask him this question and not mention her own involvement at all
If she is so righteous then isnt it her responsibility (we know she is not ashamed of it)to disclose it openly rather than playing these tricks
You know it's not always about financial independence. I hv seen some big IT person,Doctor and even Govt officers accepting such behaviour and I had one maid who really inspired me.After having 2 kids she took decision of family planning own, left her husband when he cheated and started to hit her, singlehandedly educated her 2 kids and she was uneducated. Now she is selling vegetables and left househelp work as her kids are grown up .This is more about mental strength than anything else.
I know of working women who choose to stay with their cheater husbands. It's true that they don't know where to go. It breaks my heart to see them choose to stay with such men. They believe that the men will change. They use their children as excuses to stay. It doesn't matter whether the man is an alcoholic, and is incapable of being a genuine partner.
I tried to understand but gave up. Hence from time to time, I ask this question. It's very important for women to be financially independent, and have a clear set of values.
Coming back to the show, Reet will never let Yuvraj go. She doesn't really care about love. All that matters is her status and standing in society. I understand that Yuvraj yearns for a partner and wants to be seen and understood but he is going about it the wrong way. Reet didn't sign up to be in a triangle. This is the part which I dislike the most in these situations....the 'victims' never gave their consent to be in such a situation. If Yuvraj is unhappy with Reet, he should have been upfront with her.
As for Meera, women in her situations tend to think that it's true love. They forget about their values, morals and do not even realise the harm which they are doing. She is also a victim while being an enabler of this situation.
It looks quite interesting, I like this conflict of Katha - Kaun hain aap, Its synonmous with Viaan's conflict of Kaun ho tum Katha just after she took the money and then he noted that she was not the gold digger types. Here also she is having a similar conflict about the person who is in front of him. May be it can be start of her journey of feelings for this man.

Yes its not always financial independence that women seek, I feel they do need emotional independence as well to come out of such marriage. Many a times women feel like they cannot live alone, this fear of being alone makes them fall into this abusive or destructive marriages. Emotional independence is equally important as financial independence.

Yep, I agree...hence a strong set of morals and values are also required. I don't believe that you can be mentally strong if you do not have a well-defined inner compass of morals, and if your conscience is not awake.
I am impressed by people like your maid😊these type of people do not make any sort of excuses. They do what is right no matter the cost. Real life is actually filled with stories of many supermen, and superwomen. It's one of the reasons I struggle with ITV when they show women as meek.I understand that some people are docile by nature but it's very important that these people are shown to gather their inner strength and courage to deal with obstacles. Many people are heavily influenced by shows and movies. I wish ITV would focus more on positivity and the victory of good over evil.
If I come back to the show, I am very pleased that Viaan is setting the right example by letting the Board set up an internal committee to assess the harassment claim. He has the courage to do what is right, and believes that truth will win.
Eshan is hilarious....... Abhi tak he has spent all his energy in showing vian in a bad light in front of katha.... Now suddenly he wants to sing his gungan!!! 🤣🥺
Episode was good. But can someone decode Ehsan's smile 😔 Was it a smirk or was he happy seeing Katha's honesty.
Bhagwaan ji, no more jhatka please 🙏 last week only met with an accident. Ab mujhse na handle hogi. Pls mera popat mat karna. 🙈😆
