Don’t think they will go after Raavi as you need a doormat and a girl with zero self respect and low self esteem character on the show who will be everyone’s punching bag.

This time I won’t be surprised if Shweta goes after one of the children yet again (probably kill him/her) and cleverly put the blame on the Kandyas.

I didn't like how shiva was throwing raavi's clothes. He thought it was rishita's. Even said it bhabhi ne rakhi hogi..he's mannerless. there was no need to throw them. And it shows bhabhi's parvarish. He's doesn't knw how to respect a girl.

Basically shweta told chiku that rishta is his mom and shesh ko kachre k dibbe se laya hai.. Chutki is dhara's daughter. And when mithoo askd abt his parents then she said raavi's her mom bt then mithoo ask why shiva keep forgetting abt him?? Shweta said something. Bechara mithoo confused ho gaya and he thought dev is his father

He knows to respect only 2 women in life- his Maa and his Bhabima, others are useless according to him including Raavi and no girl can be a good as his Maa or Bhabima. For some women he even has hatred along with disrespect - Mami, Anita, Motiben, Shweta, Raavi was in the list before, she is still on and off depending on his mood and if things don’t go his way, especially when she speaks against Bhabima. With Suman Raavi has no chance, Suman will trample her with abuse, humiliation and name calling,

I would have been fine he was still shown only as a wonderful son, a brother and a brother-in-law which he is but realistically speaking he is neither a husband material nor a father material, not at all. He has only failed Raavi multiple times which the girl doesn’t seem to understand because she herself is lacking self love, self respect and self esteem. The writers did great injustice to these characters.
Love is not about intensity, pulling, pushing, manhandling, punching on the wall, endless eyelock etc. These might work in the early stages of their love but not after being married for many years, especially when you have kids. They have been married for 9 years and now have a kid but their story is marred with misery, disasters, Other people coming between their relationship, lack of support, lack of understanding, constantly told by Suman or Bhabima what to do. Raavi has given so much for this relationship for it to work whereas Shiva has put in zero effort. It is like she is repaying his gesture of saving her life when Dev rejected her during the first marriage, Then again Shiva had the perfect opportunity to back out during remarriage if he ever was doubtful, not willing to be bound by the relationship, or be toed to Raavi for life. The story would have been more realistic and relatable. Now its frustrating to see their relationship on screen which has digressed so much! It all looks one-sided and the writers are showing all this crap because they have no new ideas to show nor willing to copy from the original.
In the original whatever maybe the dynamics between the brothers, each time one if them leaves and then they join the family after few months but the main premise is the husband-wife relationship which has been shown to be very strong amongst all the 4 couples. There never has been any separation between the couples except at the beginning when Kathir and Mullai were separated for 25 episodes (4 days in the show) before they confessed, that’s about it. Otherwise all the 4 couples have shown to have rock solid partnership and has been going on till date with 1160 episodes completed

My posts from 2 years ago had a different perspective on Shiva- Raavi relationship, used to write extensively on how they will make it and become a success story. This was until Sneha Kaand happened, then everything went downhill after 150 episodes. Now after 700 episodes, watching them on screen makes you feel exasperated.

Many girls in real life think that they can change their spouse’s behavior and habits after marriage. But it will not happen unless the said person wants to change himself. Like Shiva’s anger, ability to listen to others POV, not jumping to conclusions, reading between the lines and misunderstanding without checking/verifying. These things have been constant in every Shiva- Raavi track and finally when he realizes what has he done, they end with a mere sorry and move on. Never have I seen the writers show Shiva thinking, how can I make it up to Raavi for what I did to her. Writers themselves think Raavi doesn’t deserve any of it.

Its just sad that a girl like Raavi who has decent education comes from a middle class family BG putting up with crap for the sake of love?? which has caused nothing but pain and misery for her 😕

Again here itv plays a major role specially recent trend called forced marriages or contract marriages or whatever kind of marriages currently on trend where every expectation lies with the girl ki woh sab kuch handle kar sakti hai apne husband k behaviour ko badal sakti hai q bhaiii if your son has temper or insecurity of any kind then he needs counselling not marriage to feel him secure

Every girl need to understand three things

1)In a marriage both husband and wife are equally responsible for every decision taken together and onus should not lie only on wife and every decision should be take together which in relationship like shivi lacks where Shiva always took majority decision never consulted his wife never bothered about her views and becoz of that raavi always bear harshest consequences and now her child too

2)girls and wives are not chalti-firti rehab centre who can cure boyfriend or husband temper or insecurity of any kind

3)always always always take stand for oneself infront of anyone becoz no one gonna do that for you

Shiva creates a ruckus

When has Shiva not created a ruckus!!🙄 It is like second nature to him and everything is on an extreme level.

But then he us a combination of Suman and Bhabima’s parvarish. What can you expect from these 2 women? They never taught him how to be respectful and control his anger, made him out of control. Writers proudly think they have a written a splendid character, hmph!!😔

All Raavi asked was not to go to fight and earn money, she was even ok with other legal means of earning, but did he listen? Or did Bhabima stop him when Raavi begged her? Neither happened. In the end who is paying the price? Its always Raavi.

I am not even angry at these writers this time, I pity them for writing female characters in a demeaning way with lack of self respect and respect among others especially when they have not been a nuisance in anyone’s life unlike Suman, Dhara and Shweta. Raavi didn’t deserve this kind of character arc.

As for Shesh, Kandyas are notorious for losing a child from episode, now it has become a routine in their households Bhabima will find him and cure him in a jiffy if he is hurt🙄 and she will make all the 4 kids understand, importance of family and Bjabima’s Cult organization
