Some say because it was a copy of some Bengali show this is a remake of, that was a story of step sisters in contention shayad..but there this character was exposed properly apparently at various points.

Here it feels like they've casted xyz and since the casting was as a third angle it is being dragged along. Even I cannot understand their obsession, doesn't even translate onscreen! There is no depth to the character either, not even a villain of substance. Post this leap she's getting some ok writing.

If they wanted to show her villain then do it properly! She’s commuting crimes and being treated like oh it’s water under the bridge.. she’s good now! All the things she has done is not minor. She tried to kill Manju, patient blamed babaji for violence, blackmailed, all this can be charged offense! And she’s out here walking free
