You picked a great point here, chemistry is nothing without good acting, you have bring a lot more to to the table, body language, expressions, a perfect sync with the actor opposite you. A wooden actor-actress pair can hardly do that.

They might be actually be laughing over SH's reviews, since Wahaj follows it religiously. I don't think they expected that every scene would be scrutinized like that. First for any show.
