In the extended version of the promo, after Anuj slams the door in her face, she tells herself, "Gusse Mein Chahe Jo Bhi Kahan Ho, Mera Anuj Laut Ke Jaroor Ayega." The only thing the woman is concerned about is her husband leaving her. She has just lost her daughter, and her husband is suffering from severe panic attacks, but all she is worried about her rich husband might leave her. Any other woman in her place would have either succumbed to depression after losing her daughter or tried her best to heal her husband. It seems her plan has backfired. She thought if CA goes away, then Anuj would be only hers, but now she is sensing Anuj drifting away after CA's departure.

The meaning of that dialogues is Anuj will have to come out if his depression and be back as the business tycoon he was. Choti is with her biological mother, Anu has accepted it but not Anuj yet.
