Dare I say I didn’t find such strong characters and chemistry on ITV. It’s rare where u find both leads coming from money and are educated! And yes the slow burn along with PEMRA is just adding to the fire 🔥 .

Have you been on Twitter, the outrage for hype, love and attention this drama is getting is making few skimmer and all those talks abt how there standards have fallen and his TB generation 🤣🤣🤣🤣 don’t understand the actual meaning of chemistry 😊😊😊 and all those comparisons with few old gems! I was like we like we like all varieties of biryani , be it veg , egg, chicken, mutton , prawns or lattes fish ! The only reason millions have lost their rationality over this show is because alpha pairs like these draw in audience, when well executed. The friction is a treat to watch. And you put in good actors with that chemistry, it becomes even harder to ignore the sizzle and sparks.

Richie rich heirs of a feudal family put into a contract marriage where resisting each other can be as tough as climbing the Everest for them, another treat.

Oh I know, tere bin has everyone pressed and how.

People are pulling out older gems which hold no comparison to this one to put this one down when ignoring is an option.

You have to be really stupid to compare something like ZGH, a well received novel and show that aired back in 2013 with just 25 something episodes to this show, which is clearly coming from a scriptwriter, has emotions running on steroids and is a bi-weekly. it is not supposed to have the slice of life theme to it.

The comparison is unfair to both ends.

Take it or leave it isn't that hard if you choose to do it.

It's been 24 episodes and she is still clueless.

She is quick to have an opinion or take decisions for her maid and nyla but for 15+ episodes she hasn't made up her mind on this marriage and murtu and what she what's with her life.

If she wants this marriage to work why is she telling about the marriage in a negative way to rohail? She could have said in whatever way she got married now she wants to make this marriage work and give murty a chance instead of being all sad about it.

By now it's crystal clear to her that she can either have a free life or accept murtu. Her family now is ready to go with whatever decision she makes. So what exactly does she want? We are never shown her being confused to whether choose murtu or leave him. She is going like a pendulum for as long as we can remember and that's only making audience disconnected with her as a character.

She obviously will have to bare the consequences only because rohail is a psycho but what if rohail was a nice guy who considered her to be a friend? She will never learn and will think it was fine to share her marriage secrets to rohail and would have continued to rely on him and talk about her husband to a third person?

I don't know would she continue to relay on rohail, but she refused to meet him at first, after his repeated insistence she met him, while rejecting the ring she said please leave. Didn't say will meet later.

Writers made meerab confusing for the plot. Her character is obviously compromised to elevate murtasim. Only his love for her is highlighted not her thoughts about her life.

They make her prove wrong even when she is right just to make murtasim right at the end.

His actions towards haya also will be proved as right due to rohail angle.
