Mongas did the crime but now it doesn't apply on Sahiba. Angad marry her and she is brar now as what Angad is claiming. She is asking the family and him to not call her bahu or make her do the things when they don't accept her.

The show is super slow. They should pick up some pace otherwise they will lose there audience. Everyone sported some weird costumes at reception. The costume designers should take care of this.

Yeah the costumes are so bizarre. I found Prabhjyot's lehenga to be the most appropriate for the event rest all are so haphazard. Especially the guys' costumes. The groom looks like an waiter and his Chachaji looks like an event manager. Phuphaji's blazer was still a bit fancy.

But seriously! They really need to pick up pace. Or else I will probably stop watching very soon. The whole Jasleen scene was so unnecessary duh 🥱 And same for Angad ka Seeratji ko leke rona dhona. Is he pigeon brained or what? Mongas are fraud, Santosh is fraud, Sahiba is fraud.... Toh phir Seeratji is also a fraud. Itni si baat samajh nahi aa raha? 🤷🏻‍♀️ I liked GC's execution much much better on this aspect. Riddhiman was so pissed thinking about how Dyuti deceived him and Manjira was like naam mat lena us ladhkika is gharme. They held Dyuti the most responsible because uske bhaagne se hi yeh pura siyappa happened. And yahaan toh Seerat ka fever utar hi nahi raha 🤓 It's so laughable and headache inducing at the same time 😵

I don't understand one thing , why does Sahiba think Angad married her🤔

I mean I thought she knew he married her to save his family name basically ,was she not aware that she have to be present as his wife in front of media?

@ bold for this I stay with Sahiba. As a women I agree what Sahiba demands is respect. She deserves respect as his wife or being Brar bahu.
just because a women got married that don’t make her she is not part of her birth family. She is still a Monga and will remain one. Why would she change her surname or her identity as a daughter of Monga family just because she is married?

See Mongas did crime, that's true. But what the Brars are now doing isn't any good either! Mongas conned them and they are miffed about that, so they should have called the police on the wedding day and put a stop to everything right there! You cannot have it both ways. Agar punishment deni thi toh tab hi dete.

But Angad himself said koi police nahi ayega and he will marry Sahiba Kaur Monga and that's his own decision. That implies that he is forgiving the Mongas and is ready to accept Sahiba as his wife. Mongas ko punishment dena tha toh yeh karna hi nahi chahiye tha na?

Even after knowing everything, he himself, with his full consent married Sahiba, brought her to his home and now he and his family members are humiliating her and torturing her. That's total abuse. Domestic violence. Badhu Nirjaton. Whatever you want to call it. If Sahiba wants, she can also sue the Brars under section 498A and send them behind the bars. And Angad and the Brars want her to deck up as a doll, against her wish and do drama to protect their reputation! She's being asked to protect the very people who are tormenting her and they are practically ordering her to do it! Can it get more blood boiling than this?

I guess Sahiba knows that. Angad himself accepted that after marriage. I can completely understand why she is denying. Angad himself refused her as his wife in front of everyone during the Kanak Deni rasam. He mocked her gifting clothes and jewellery as charity so it’s completely ok if Sahiba don’t want to wear anything brars give. If she accept she will termed gold digger if not accept then she is arrogant. Sahiba is in a big mess. Her self respect doesn’t allow her to be termed as a gold digger. Sahiba didn’t deny that she will not come for reception she said she will come but will not wear the costumes or ornaments brars gifted.

I never said what Angad doing is correct. It’s domestic abuse. That makes him villan rather than a hero. Just because Angad is wrong that doesn’t implies Mongas are right. They are also wrong. Both parties are wrong at some point and some point both are correct.

Sorry if it came across like that 🙈 I wasn't arguing the Mongas are right either! But I thought you were implying Angad is justified in his actions because of Mongas' crime. I was just trying to say that's not the case. Punishing the Mongas for their crime is totally fine, but they should have done that only and no marriage then.

@ bold I am sorry if my words came like that. Angad’s behaviour is so inhumane and it’s domestic violence. My point is both parties are wrong. Because of which I am not able to take any one of there sides. Today I saw both of them were correct in there points. Sahiba’s self respect doesn’t allow to accept anything from Angad after the charity insult & for Angad he don’t want to tarnish his family’s reputation but his behaviour came out as inhumane behaviour & abuse. Because of which audience see him as a villan rather than connecting with him.
