May be according to Viaan pov, real transformation of men happen when they feel guilty. So made such a deal so that someday the kids will feel guilty and realise mom's worth ?

exactly; also the same applies to parent-child conflict. the boys did not kick her out but rather she left on her own. dodo seems like the type of person who would be great with outside people but really irritating at home and mostly not present. I don't trust her narrative. there is something off with her stories as they are all over the place..

Suddenly show has turned boring with all so good.There is no friction angst.Viaan is on donation spree.I hv no idea what's that dodo and her son are there for and also meera .This plot was there in original too but here the meera actress looks so out of place.She doesn't seem to have right expression or body language.

I would never ever call my child a monkey, or by any such names. And I am sure he will not tolerate any such names given to him by anyone. I find calling such names generally lowers the confidence level of children and I believe in treating them at par with every other family member. Another thing I find odd about the show is Aarav has a mobile which he carries even to school. I guess Viaan made that stupid monthly offer because he believes in the starting both son will care for their mother for money but once they start doing this, they will realize their mistake and form a real bonding with their mother.

Thats the only logic I could find behind Viaan's offer. If he wanted to buy them off with money, he could have done that with single cheque why he would have asked them to call dodo every week. He is trying to reform them through it.

Please don't say that..As a mother who works from 9 to 8 pm and not having enough time for children i feel Katha manages pretty well her job and house..Also remember she send Aarav with Gunni maa who has already befriended Viaan..She does not send Aarav any where un supervised and that realistic approach was what I liked abt the serial..and also she bought a phone after aarav missing incident and i am sure she must have sought the school authorities permission due to aaravs medical condition..now they can't show every minute detail in the show
