i got this info from kumkum forum- so cant say its 100% confirmed but the mod of kumkum forum has posted this in sticky so might be true only

This year SPA was organised by Balaji so wasnt it confirmed it will be partial? Last year Miss Kapoor was terebly threatened by Shows like PPC and Baa Bahu who joint got 3 and 5 awards respectively so this year Miss Kapoor took the command herself and surely will held a partial award. Just that lady dont dare to ignore Bidai coz this is the biggest hit in the channel.
