😔🤔🤓 Good evening/morning girls !!!! I hope all of you are well.
I watched all of this week's episodes in one go. Therefore, I don't remember the specifics with the exception of the last 2 episodes. Nothing memorable😳
But the last two episodes are so philanthropy heavy, I am sorry, but I rolled my eyes so hard, if I did anymore, I would dislocate my eyesAll the protagonists are so nice ( Katha, Viaan and Dodo), it is diabetes inducing. I don't think anybody has any shortcomings anymore🐷.
Phalguni maa is sweet, and she comes across as a naturally wholesome person👍🏼Dodo story is total gobbledygook, with no head or tails🤢. Not clear if her children threw her out, and if so, she needed to go to an old age home to stay and work? Itni sweet and pathologically happy Dodo ko, she should have thousands of adopted daughters and sons by this time. Just look at the magnetic attraction she has on both Katha and Viaan. I simply don't understand the level of emotional attachment both Katha and Viaan have with Dodo. Aarav's attachment seems more plausible, being a kid, just as he bonds with Phalguni maa.
Katha shows her big heart for Dodo and adopts her as her family. Viaan shows his roadside philanthropy- Girls, is it some TV rule that to show a person to be kind, they should start patronizing orphans and old age homes😒What was the deal with feeding the kids' food? This guy purportedly is more than a measly crorepati, his mom runs some kind of NGO, couldn't he find home and educational resources for mere 5 kids? Instead, why does he give a headache inducing speech to the vada vendor about " making his surroundings better"? I understand the sentiment and I agree with that. But, him and the poor food cart man are not in the same league, right? And then, to top it all, he is going to show up the next day to feed them again, lest the kids don't feel like the world has given up on them? Phew........ it gets very tiring girls to see this kind of preachy logic🤢👎🏼I don't know if I am making much sense. But, I was rolling my eyes during the whole sequence....... more headache after an already busy day😵
Then he goes and donates 1L for Holi and then the statements of the matron in the old age home and Dodo had me hopping mad😡. Ek pal ki khushi ke ilava, aur kya chaahiyein inn bhudon ko😡😡 Hain????? Peace and security. OK, makers we got it Viaan R has a very kind heart🤔Can we please move on from this in your face philanthropy?
And get this, Dodo doesn't want to be left behind, so her sob story also involves another big philanthropic project of building a shelter😲 For a show which is nuanced, why is it important to show these naive, empty, idealistic thoughts and acts?😲
I won't comment on Dodo, her color blindness and Viaan's kind heart in getting her some coveted lenses😡. Makes no sense, why does she need this correction? I would think professions such as pilots and may be a few others need this. How do they expect us to connect to this esoteric fact when they are talking about orphans who have no food and roaming the streets, old age homes and homeless shelters?
The only scene I liked is conversation between Viaan and Ehsaan. Poor guy is tearing up and seemed real. I hope they don't destroy their bond😒
I even liked Farah-Teji bitching about another guest right in front of her- in the sense that it seemed realistic.
Nothing to say about Meera, Yuvraaj. She is a nutcase and Yuvraaj is your stereotypical two-timer, deathly afraid of his father and wife, while grinding his axe against both of them in secrecy👎🏼
For all the gender neutral talk and women empowerment we had to hear, why isn't there one male employee helping with that rangoli in Earth-con? They are all standing behind and supervising. Money where your mouth is please🤡
Seems like this Holi, sab ke rang udaane wali hain. Yuvraaj ka pardafaash, Teji will probably not get her matching stole, and I don't know what the hell Viaan R is doing with Dodo's kids.
Sorry to be so opinionated. I didn't like any of the episodes so far for this week😵
