I’m not too worried about yamini anymore - if they wanted to bring someone in to really make us believe that dev had a relationship/affair with yamini - they would have brought in someone with a little more screen presence and probably someone a little younger (no discredit to the actress but she is better suited as his sister than college sweetheart - I cannot imagine dev and her having any sort of a romantic relationship 🙈). To be fair to her though I only saw the BTS and based my opinion of that. But from a pure marketing perspective - I just don’t see her and Iqbal having that sort of chemistry to make us wonder or pull in more audience.
I see the makers taking the easy way out and making this all of Amba’s plan - which will make this just an unnecessary track to begin with.

But am loving the growth in Dev and Vidhi didi's relationship, Dev is finally getting used to sharing his emotional side with someone! It's not easy to do this after being on your own (and handling all challenges by yourself) for 45 years! So him opening up to Vidhi didi about his worries for his family is a actually a big step for Dev! That was very sweetly and genuinely portrayed in Thursday episode!

Another part that I really liked was when Dev was discussing with Satyawati reg handing house keys and finances to Vidhi Didi! Again being the practical person that he is, he is fully cognizant that managing Raichand house is a huge responsibility and perhaps Vidhi didi is not ready for it yet! 👍🏼 Very matured on his part!

But then in the next scene when he saw Vidhi Didi getting stressed and overwhelmed about managing Raichand house and MBA classes together, he was there behind her like a rock, boosting her confidence and ensuring that she will be able to manage things! 👏👏

Sometimes this is all that is needed - someone showing confidence in your abilities and standing behind you in case you falter! This has been very consistent with Dev from the start - his confidence and assurance on Vidhi didi's abilities even when she herself was unaware of it... in the initial tracks! ❤️❤️

Am loving this emotional growth in Dev and Vidhi didi's relationship, married life is all about sticking together and helping your partner grow, bloom, and blossom into the best version of themselves! 👏👏 and not just saying I Love You 24*7!

Thanks to makers for capturing this aspect and nuance so genuinely and in a realistic way! 👍🏼👍🏼

At the culmination of all of this - I wish dev and vidhi leave both raichand house and business. Dev should start something on his own instead of trying to fix this mess. Bhaad mein jaye sab.

Vidhi didi becomes dhobi didi and goes to abhi and Priya’s room for clothes. Abhi gives her clothes and she asks him from which account is money used for household work. Abhi is like he doesn’t know, ask accounts dept.

Vidhi madam could have shut up, but no. Goes around giving gyan that he should know. Touchy touchy abhi gets offended and is like I get what you’re trying to say, I’m irresponsible blah blah. Vidhi is like omg, no wonder dev ji was stressed. I should definitely help him.

How does she help? Giving dev lens of objectivity, and tells him to show abhi the way like he showed her. Dev is all melty puddle with wifeys brainy idea.

bims and hp come home and Seema comes out, all of them question Vijay (loan bhaiyya) as to what he’s doing there. He gives some shady dialogues and looks and says he wants to help repair mandir. HP bims look all worried.

Dining table natak - I dint see, but there was some drama. Chitra comes everyone is happy.

Vidhi is in the kitchen when maasi comes and tells her she needs money for her sons business 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ of all people vidhi? She’s doing 1000 ka bachat. Vidhi is like she doesn’t have anything to do with money - it’ll be better if she talks to dev abhi or satya. Maasi is like you guys are making me run pillar to post and humiliating me. Vidhi is like nothing like that - talk to dev, give him the details with a proper plan including when and how the money will be paid back.

Now whatever this maasi does is on satya- she’s gone mad. Why would she do this to her own sister .

Amba comes - same drama. Dev and satya give chithra her share of the property saying she’ll never have to be dependent on anyone.

Amba is thrilled. She calls yogu and is like I brought 25% you’ve to bring the rest 75. (She does this from the raichand house - really?)

that chitra scene where she tells vidhi you accepted divya - she meant you accepted divya, your cousin sister 🤦🏻‍♀️

precap looks interesting - dev is trying to get vidhi to focus on her studies, but she keeps getting distracted with house stuff. Dev is getting annoyed.

The Raichand hypocrisy is killing me. the Raichand daughter shouldn’t be dependent on anyone, but the daughter in laws have to be forever dependent on their hubs’ or MIL.

Forget working, they could have given them something too. Vidhi lena nahi chahti, fine put it in a trust for her kids. 😡😡😡😡

Very true, and this is the story in every Indian household too! Parents make every attempt to ensure their daughter lives similar lifestyle post marriage, but DIL's lifestyle will be made inferior! Even if it's not made inferior, in-laws will rub it in your face every once in a while how lucky you are to get a sasural like ours!

I agree... They need to have a fresh start living their own lives discussing and making principles that work for Dev and Vidhi Didi! Right now it's Raichand rules overshadowing what Dev and Vidhi truly want!😕😕

Dev is okay with Vidhi Didi working, it's just that he does not want to cross the line with Satyawati, whom he give utmost respect! So he is unable to stand up for her, and Vidhi Didi also does not want any conflicts happening because of her!

But they are both being stretched in trying to earnestly help the family... They may / may not leave voluntarily but they will heartbroken to go, but will still agree to the decision with their heads held high!! 👏👏
