Yes Abhi was an ass but we can not negate all the good he did because of one bad can we

My pov abhi would have been a great father if he was not bound by emotional atiyachar that his mom does on him because of her guilty conscience over niel paternity we can not ignore that he was a supportive and loving husband

I find it extremely partial towards akshara.. She is emotional fool and not a person who thinks from brain but from heart.. She has always helped everyone but when it is time for others to help her she is always blamed and shown exit unnecessarily.. Though abhimanyu tried to divorce her first time she went back to treat manjiri to save her from coma despite all disrespect she faced.. Because of her only abhimanyu is able to eat with his right hand..

When she saved bade pappa and kairav from jail by sacrificing her life then also people called her stupid and fool..

I find her wrong only in two things till now

1) taking abhimanyu in arms post accident

2) by trusting abhimanyu and giving him second chance post that hand surgery drama..

Yes I do too she should have waited for him to change during the 2 nd chance thing also I think she was way too wrong during abrohi first wedding post confession she should have directly gone home and talked to families.....

Though it was partially her mistake but she did take abhimanyu back to family to own their mistakes.. Manjiri, abhi, akshu, arohi all four are involved in that mistake..manjiri wrong guidance from before.. Abhi went as per wrong guidance.. Arohi cheating everyone and akshu was aware of everything only at the end..

Yaha court ne abhi tak yeh faisla nahi sunaya hai ki 6-7 saal pehle Abhimanyu ne apni ex-wife ke kuch calls nahi uthaye the so as a punishment they are snatching all his rights as a father and giving it to whoever Akshara is married now.

I am eagerly waiting to see insights on Abhimanyu’s rights on abhir in legal ways.

Custody chahe bacche ki maa ko mile lekin muje yeh dekhna hai ki kya Abhimanyu ko apne bete ko jitni baar chahe utni baar milne ke visiting rights milte hai ki nahi.

Bacche ki custody chahe maa ko he mile lekin agar kal ko Abhimanyu ki death hoti hai toh kya abhir usko agni de kar uska pind daan kar sakta hai ki nahi as per hindu ritual?!

I hope legal rights ka track jaldi start ho and Abhimanyu ko kuch visiting rights bhi mile.

I agree. One mistake does not negate all his love for Akshara. But sometimes a mistake is so colossal that it's hard to forget. I loved Abhimanyu's dialogue today: 'People may forget your words but they never forget how you made them feel.' This is very true, and I know it is very difficult for Akshara to forget how the Birlas made her feel 6 years ago.

If the reunion has to happen, we need it to be very natural and not forced due to Abhir's truth revelation. Abhir is Abhinav and Akshara's son, and people should accept the rights of adoptive parents.

Lekin Abhimanyu ne kab kiya tha abhir ke adoption paper par sign ?

Jab koi apna baccha kisi ko adopt karne ko de tab parents ke signature jaisa kuch formality hota hoga na!

Irrespective, legal aspect does not matter here. Who knows if Abhimanyu ever legally divorced Akshara. Who knows Akshara Abhinav ever legally married. Abhinav has adopted Abhir; for Abhir and Akshara, he is the father.

Aise toh Abhimanyu ne bhi Roohi ko adopt nahin kiya hai (as far as we know) but just because she is his half-brother's daughter, he is able to raise her with all his rights.

I meant Abhimanyu’s signature on abhir’s adoption paper to declare he is not his child and adopted child of someone from now onwards.

Akshara abhinav ka legally shaddi hua hai yeh 100 times declare ho chuka hai and Ruhi ka base bhi bahot clear hai ki joint family mai Abhimanyu apni bhai ki Beti ko fatherly love de raha hai lekin they have also made clear that ruhi is Neil’s daughter and Abhimanyu has not adopted her.

Jab apna baccha koi kisi ko adopt karne ke liye de tab signature formality toh ofcourse hota he hai. It’s basic thing. Abhimanyu ne kabhi abhir ko kisi ko adopt karne ke liye dene ke papers sign nahi kiye toh abhir kisi ka adopted child kaise hua?!

Fatherly love dene ke liye koi legal process nahi hota lekin kisi bacche ko adopted declare karna ho tab legal process and both parent’s consent is mandatory.

The logic beats me..will abhir have a mental breakdown watching his father and grandmother blaming his mother for several deaths , will he be mentally healthy with divorced parents, possibly fighting for his custody ? Will he be mentally healthy watching his mother go through trauma, one after the other ...Or is he better now ?

If abhimanyu had known abt abhir , in 6 yrs , 3 baar divorce aur ho jaata . Who knows ? Bec abhimanyus core traits is chodo Pakdo chodo pakdo chodo pakdo chodo pakdo
