Murtasim would be Prince Charming for those girls who prefer their husbands lead them (and they’re many such girls and there is nothing wrong with having such a preference) but despite all his charm and romance a real-life Meerab would not be able to adjust with a Murtasim. I think the script would win if he too comes to meet her halfway by the time the show ends. I hope his character also has growth.

They show all his bad actions as right by putting blame on meerab.

Best example is nyla track. Irrespective of how it ended, it doesn't change the fact that he tried to use a girl to teach his enemies a lesson. Then what's the difference between him and his enemies?

In this show from slap to accident, everything is meerab fault.

Murtasim slapped meerab because she provoked him

Murtasim drove car rashly because meerab made him angry even though she was requesting him to slow down the car.

All are meerab's fault not murtasim's incapability to control his anger.

For all the love he has for Meerab he doesn’t understand her. He wants to mold her into his convenient version of Meerab.- who is spunky to challenge him but eventually submit to him. He is the shouhar, he has the rights - all his romantic gestures are for Meerab to finally accept his love. And what happens when she does fall, she is stuck in this grove- a place where she can’t move freely, can’t have a career etc

But points pointed out by him regarding murtasim and his behavior towards meerab on her birthday party were correct he did dragged her out like a animal and even threatened to forcefully lift her up and put in the car if she doesn't sit

His questions to waqas were also on point they they didn't left her with any choice and emotionally blackmailed her to accept the marriage

A huge shout out to scene between MB- Meerab! That was one well thought of and executed scene.I loved the entire conversation between them, especially how she clearly told her haya shouldn’t be her concern instead she should focus on her own relationship! And how she clearly said she always wanted someone like meerab (not meerab) for her son and that meerab will always find ally in MB 👏👏👏 one important thing MB says , Murtasim is emotional person,hope meerab remembers it!

I couldn’t stop laughing at end when MB says please pass on cauliflower 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Car scene - I loved how he says usae yaad karne ke zaroorat nahin padti hain, woh hain heen aisi! Wish meerab could hear that🥰🥰🥰

After watching the car scene with Haya , I totally get from where does Murtasim get all patience he shows with meerab, I mean growing up with haya cannot be easy for anyone, here he is out rightly saying his choice is meerab and yet still she is in her own Lala land. I love mariyam ans her her digs at haya, but haya is behaya ! ( written ne bhi kaya naam rakha). I get why everyone in house just ignores haya, the girl is all delusional she needs serious medical help ! Is it me or Murtasim is planning big for haya ? I mean to permanently kick her out from house ?

I liked how he filled room with flowers,it was thoughtful gesture!

I know lot of people complained that the banging on the door scene went on for too long, even I thought so. But it will have a significant impact visually later on in the plot when she reminisces about how doors have shut in her face when she needed support. When she is left alone to fend for herself, never again will I stand outside banging on doors begging and pleading never again. Bye Bye Murtasim.

That lamenting outside useless Waqas' door and him not opening it will keep reminding her of the abandonment she faced. So even if she says bye bye to Murtasim, she will hesitate to land up at Waqas' door which didn't open on her when she was at her vulnerable worst. Her pride won't allow her to do that.

According to Murtasim, Meerab has to inform him whenever she goes out but he does not need to inform her when he goes out.

And I don't like how they are showing Meerab's concern in a fun way. I hope they treat this in a serious way in the upcoming episodes.
