as much as I love Meerub, her character was always written as a pampered brat. She has literally done/achieved nothing without the help/shielding of her fathers (Waqas/Anwar) or Murtasim. All her ego & arrogance will vanish once she will actually have to take responsibility for herself & her actions.

She is impulsive & dumb as hell. When she was mad at her parents for abandoning her, she agreed to marry Murtasim. When Murtasim told her to leave (after accident), she agreed to go back to Karachi with those same parents, when Murtasim got her back, she again reminded her parents how they abandoned her. She is just floating through life without any aim or goal in mind. Just showing attitude to everyone who are tolerating it bcoz they love her.

Meerub has zero sense of responsibility or even maturity & her ego/arrogance will be her downfall. Which is starting with this Rohail drama.

All that you are saying is the “telling” of the scene… but why why why is she shaken?!? What is the need?!? Is she scared that another cake will be plaster on his face. She isn’t .. the only reason for that shaken is logically if she and Rohail shared something more than friendship. Even more reason knowing how they written Meerab .., she could have used it against the double standards Murtu has about Haya. The Meerab we know so far would have easily said .. maine dost ko dekha., Murtu would have got angry and she would have said bhai kyu? Tum haya se whatever kar sakte ho but mai ek dost se mil bhi nahi sakti .. I guess this line will come later… but the fact is that whole shaken thing is forced

This is terrible writing… every episode so many aspects are just repeated in forced scenes

The only new info was the scene with mb and Meerab

Loved the Hari chudiyan only to see them disappear when he placed the gajra

Continuity ki aisi ki taisi… in fact the green bangles would have been even more permanent for a dialogue instead of giving her gajras.

The scene with all the 2 Rs bouquets all over the room was also very cute. And our leads are just lovely just lovely. But yes no point applying logic to this show.

I interpreted that scene as that she was reminded of her college life, her life back in Karachi, where tells Murtasim, she used to live freely. She has obviously cut herself off from everyone in her college days, she tells Anwer in one scene that she's embarrassed to tell her friends about her identity. Hence the shock seeing him suddenly out of nowhere. He is definitely stalking her.

That has to be one of my favourite Murtasim dialogues. It showed he is a realist, and he wasn't under some delusion that this was going to be a happy ending for either of them. For a man who obviously desires control in his life, in marrying Meerab he was giving up all control. That is why he is not a stereotypical alpha character, alphas are governed by confidence and arrogance that they will win. Murtasim despite his arrogance he is not sure of himself. On their wedding night he even admits it either she will win or I will win. That is why after the accident track despite his outward projection of superiority that how dare she leave me after I just saved her, he was so quick to believe the worst. He projects confidence when he flirts with Meerab but he is very vulnerable on the inside, which also reflects the respect he has for her that she is no ordinary girl to just fall easily she is worth the wait.
