She’s overcompensating for some kind of lack in her life. She thought she would come on here, be a paper Tiger, bully a few CC members, earn a few claps and leave. Good lord….has her plan backfired or what.

Normally people make a CC. They decorate it a bit. Usually when you take on a task.. it's nice to make it look inviting. It attracts new members too. Usually the CC maker also tries to make the CC more successful and tries to keep the engagement going.

As CC members - people can make a req for the CC maker to try and make it more visually jazzy. A little more engaging. Silpa said NO

I mean, it wouldn't have hurt to just add in a bit of flowers and glitter. It would have looked cute. (For the benefit of the younger members of the forums, who like that sort of thing).

She was like No - She won't do it, she doesn't want to. I mean CC members should also get a choice, it's polite right? So we suggested that maybe it should then be handed over to someone else. Maybe there are creative people who want to do something.

Then Lord have Mercy on their pathetic souls, people started saying that's bullying, harassing.

Some people that no one likes, tried to play the hero. So she can get some brownies on Silpa's behalf. Yet Silpa handled it quite well. Others were hell bent on instigating.

No one bullied Silpa. Her name is being dragged like a victim, by those throwing in the victim card to make themselves look better.

the mods deleted their posts and they went and cried everywhere about it and got their feathers in a twist. Scratched the Asylum walls etc. Just to feel a little accepted.

In all of this, They made a mountain from a molehill. The situation was not as bad. BUT I bet it possibly made Silpa feel that way. When no one actually has anything against her. That girl prolly went to bed feeling like she was bullied - because of the moral police, who couldn't understand a bit of humour and fun.

Silpa If you are reading this tmrw. I wish you a good morning, have a good day. Please continue to make CC's. 🤗

So this is what I have learned today.

How to bully 101

1. Bully a quiet member mercilessly for hours until someone says something.

2. When other members come in to defend the bullied member, attack them and deny deny deny.

3. When more people trickle in to defend the bullied member, act as

if the bullying never happened.
4. Gaslight the bullied member into thinking how you always liked them and everyone else is insane. And that you were only joking for the last 12 hours.

Did I get that right or should I go on?

Just to make it clear if it’s not - I’m not supporting any bullying from anyone to anyone/ never have - there is a lot going on in this thread. Ironically there are personal comment made to me from the member I have not talked to or interacted with, for liking an apology post.

Ok coming to the topic again, I will stand up for Silpa any day/ any time with my eyes closed. I have not read many posts here as many posts got deleted. I do think d3vil started as a joke about boring Cc (he mentioned this in cc #95 as well if I remember) but then got carried away and things were stretched unnecessarily. If Silpa didn’t appreciate it the first time it should not have repeated/stretched.

Of course, the way one wants to make a cc is a personal choice and type of posts /number of posts made in cc is not TM’s job to keep track/look out for.

It’s my choice if I want to like that apology post d3vil made to Silpa. That was a much needed post. if you have a problem with that or wants to make assumptions why I like that post - pls be my guest.
