I love HC and i like Harshad Arora..

HC well i did not like him in Rishta ...But he is such a good actor and co-star in general..

HA is a good actor, that's why i am like he is way above ghum standards and the mess that this show is , specially the mess both leads are..

I am hoping he got a good deal here and is not overshadowed by just keeping him as a mean to make pathetic character Virat jealous .

If online popularity mattered then VP would have never happened . Everything is based on TRPs and how the story is written .If Satya's entry can get them numbers then he is the boss. else his track will be shortened like Shruthi's track. Exactly it has always been the characters even if the characters are not well written,some characters still connect.

Jennifer and HC were big names, even having popular shows in their kitty still could not make Bepannah work. A big name doesn't always guarantee the numbers.

Right! Okay I don’t understand why there is so much about online audience and TV audience. There is only target audience. Ghum is not an OTT show. It is a proper television show made for that set of audience with that sensibilities.

Star is a property of Disney and hence all the episodes are on their OTT platform that is Hotstar. So if people watch it online, it is just an additional clicks and sessions and pageviews for the show. (Which is extremely good by the way). But their target audience, main audience, unka karta dharta will always remain the TV audience.

If the show was for online audience, Harshad would have made entry much more months earlier not so late.

He must have been given a meatier role re. Or else why would he sign. And to bring someone opposite Sai, they would need someone famous and established and such an actor would only come if he has been promised a fleshy role.

The fact that an actor is hyped because of the dislike towards another actor says a lot . Even if a new comer was brought in he would have got the same hype .

The real test is if Satya is successful after getting butchered like Virat and HA not giving any offscreen content. Currently , Satya's hype is because of dislike towards Virat and Neil .

More than Neil, it's the dislike for Virat that's one of the major reasons Satya is hyped. I have no doubts about Harshad's good looks and talent but c'mon we have witnessed the amount of hatred third wheels get by the FDs even before they entered the shows. The fact is Virat's characterization was do butchered that fans just don't want Sai to end up with him. Even now Virat is practically doing nothing except showing lovey dovey eyes to Sai and looking for excuses to spend time with her but still doesn't want to get out of his toxic marriage.

True! I'm just pissed off with the disrespect towards NB and Virat as well. People are behaving as if he has no part in making this show popular. The new guy may or may not click with the audience I don't care but this attitude of some people dissing his hard work is making me whine 😡

It all depends on Vankar . He can make or break Satya like he did with Virat . Saathiya , BV was very popular and when FL was replaced by new actress audiences accepted it though the previous ones had huge online popularity . Even shows made for online audiences like DMG had FL replaced many times and each time they were accepted . So end of the day characterization matter .

Yes the shows took time after replacements and still got on the track. Audience connects with negative characters as well. It's always been the characters rather than actors.
