His tone was more like wats up girl as if it was not humiliating for him for his bride to say NO and walk out. Actions like these set Murtasim character apart from the standard stereotypical alpha male. Also the teasers of the wedding made it look like he was forcing her, it was misleading it was setting up a huge fight which didn't happen thank god. I remember watching that scene for the first time I was so scared for her, noooooo he is going to kill her, and when he did the opposite WOW impressive. This is how an hero earns audience respect.
They really dramatised a lot of things in the teasers.
Perhaps we weren't that active here to discuss it, atleast I wasn't. So let me say this today, even I really liked how Murtasim approached Meerab after her rejection at the altar. Sure his izzat was crying in a corner with the humiliation he faced as a groom, but he still remained adamant that if she wants to see me, only I will go to see her.
The ghoonghat talk was funny as if they couldn't have talked without lifting the veil 😆
But I was surprised Meerab girl atleast acknowledged that she got ready to be Murtasim's bride. that shot of them in the mirror really established his patience when it comes to her. She literally said, I get ready for myself. Girl, hear yourself out, you dressed as a bride 🤣
The contract was handled quite maturely by Murtasim. He could have created a scene and called in for everyone. Instead he chose to give this marriage a chance, even if it came with a deal.
