I never actually saw this couple as a hate love story, more like clash of the alphas. If they truly hated each other they wouldn’t project so much authority over one another. Meerab might not realize how much she loves murtasim but she subconsciously considers him as hers only. I noticed the way murtasim talks to her he adds the yaar now and then, shows that beyond husband and wife there is camaraderie between them. We saw their story start from the middle, but they have been in each other lives since kids so there was always a bond there a familiarity. Murtasim says he could never love or marry someone like haya, meerab was always his ideal partner, his better half.

I LOVE the way he is looking down at her. Ooof so intense and full of longing.

The two of them share many character traits, the only difference is Murtasim is bound to his responsibilities and hence, has to remain the mature one. While Meerab lacks practical approach towards life. But they are the same level of stubborn, fiesty and passionate when it comes to any emotion, not just love. Obviously when they clash, its entertaining because you don't know who holds the upmanship here. It keeps changing as per situations.

Meerab has subconsciously accepted that this man belongs to her. She has been territorial over him from very beginning. And the same goes for him. They never hesitated to touch the other person, even before marriage. basically they project their emotions through physical gestures a lot, which we obviously won't see in the show. But they are that couple whose love language is possession and physical gestures.

Their camaraderie is yet another thing that separates them from usual couples. They never had the aap-aap talks, and treat each other as equals. Which means they can have an easy friendship too. Good for them, it will only strengthen their marriage in the later years.

Haya can never be his choice, simply because she does not have the qualities that can capture his attention. She is a pushover and Murtasim isn't someone to fall for one. He has a hunter's eye afterall.

… and we saw her growing ease with him, the friendly equation, when she said that he scared her ( finally, he managed to get her to admit it 🤣🤣 ) and gave him a tap with the spice bottle in the kitchen. And then it was SOOOOO cute when he reminded her of the existence of Jin & Bhooth in the house, and she responded with the cutest “hai?” in a scared whisper!!! 🤣 She looked and sounded like my cute little toddler. What a change from, “I’m not afraid of anything!” You could tell that even Wahaj thought that was too cute, the way he responded with his comforting “ajao” like he’s talking to a little scared girl.
She let him lead her upstairs without a complaint or objection, arm around her 🫠
