sorry for long post here - had thoughts.

After all my complaining yesterday, I very much enjoyed the episode today and was so damn happy to have the ra ra reh back. (Even my husband and boys were like yeah, they should bring that ost back haha; they hear me listen to the edits on IG/ Twitter and the reruns 😂 My husband also said, ohhhhh!!! That’s why you wanted me to get some shawls on my India trip 😂🤣🙈 Of course he ended up getting some super tacky multi- fluorescent colored one which is 🤢)

I thought Yumna still managed to look gorgeous, despite the tacky geometric jewelry and suboptimal saree draping in the date scene. Wahaj has looked better/ sharper in other scenes. Tweed jacket parna kya zaroori thi? Yaar, I also have a real problem with his short pants - throughout the show. When he was sitting at the table they looked like capris 🤦‍♀️😬

However, yes they were both SO STIFF and unnatural. I still enjoyed the scene and their insane chemistry, but wish they could have loosened up a bit. ( I can see, though, how it might have been uncomfortable for them.) The dip part of the dance was very awkward looking.

But I was NOT expecting how close their faces were 🙈 😳 and was so pleasantly surprised by that! And the way she slipped her hand slowly into his was 🔥🔥🔥 🫠 Good for Yumna for getting out of her comfort zone! I know she likes to try new things in her acting, and this was a decent way to show more intimacy. Although - what was the ultimate point of this scene if she’s still acting “whatever” about her feelings? I think the production houses also own stage decor/ event decor businesses, by the looks of it 😂

I liked Murtasim’s explanations re Haya but am still not satisfied. Like I said before, some things are just inappropriate like her coming into their bedroom. Can’t wait to see him burn with jealousy with the Rohail track and hope Meerab will bring up Haya when he does.

So, in the original teasers she had a ring box. I suspect it’s from Rohail. ( His was a different color, but wouldn’t be surprised if this was a continuity error.) Although, it would be nice if Murtu gave her his own ring aside from the Ma Begum mu dekhai ring.

Murtu should stick to Urdu. So much English coming outta his mouth these days, doesn’t suit him or sound good, tbh.

But LOVE that they are going on a proper husband wife outing!!! It’s nice to get out of the house, and do these cute date type/ husband wife type things.

Then don’t do a scene you can’t faithfully execute. Meerab would have been more comfortable in a suit, yumna should not have worn a saree if she can’t pull it off. Meerab and murtasim have chemistry because of their characters, over dolled up looks takes way from the ruggedness of their characters, they could just sit across the table in their night clothes and generate more romance.

I don't know how to drap a saree on my own but i still know the heels are supposed to be wore before draping the saree. That type of blouse and saree itself is very out of fashion and a very ordinary looking. Those are the kind of sarees we see in general textile shops. Why is khan murtasim khan ki biwi wearing these type of sarees in the first place? Atleast give her a saree that looks designer or from a boutique instead of a textile shop.

The necklace was good but don't go with the saree. The blouse had such weird neckline that the necklace made the entire look more suffocating. They could have totally avoided the necklace or gave her a simply pendant.

I don't like that kind of neckline for a saree blouse. If yumna has problem with wide neck blouses she could have simply went for a boat neck blouse.

There are literally so many ways to drap and saree or make a blouse that would show any skin. If Deepika Padukone knows how to wear a saree without showing any skin then anyone can😆

I think she was surprised...she made no contact with her friends after she went to Hyderabad...so may be she is just shocked..
