At least male (sexual) fidelity is a quite rare occurrence... why even believe in it. And having a husband who doesn't have an affair isn't equal to a loving husband.

It is rare (and for the couple a bliss) if the husband's and wife's passion equals the couple's passion and is - quasi - self-sufficient.

Poor Ajay and Akshay are victims of their testosterone-guided impulses, aren't they?! 😉

I guess, Kajol/Twinkle had reasons to get married to Ajay/Akshay... and have reasons to keep married to them...so why even ponder about them?!...ah yes...timepass😊

It's not easy to refrain from stereotyping...like "a good husband" has to be like this & that... you can come across a man who seems to be really "good-husband material" and then he turns out to be possessive, controlling, suffocating, lazy etc... outside the house isn't forcibly the same as inside the house...and someone RUMOURED to have strayed can just had been very comfortable with another woman and carefree.

Both are known as serial cheaters. Both their wives are known as turning a blind eye to this fact. Are they genuinely OK with their husbands out there having flings, or are they pretending that they don’t know anything because they have no control over the situation? Both wives seem to have the freedom to do whatever they want. Kajol was never told not to work in movies and has been working albeit not as consistently. But I feel that’s her choice or perhaps lack of roles for her age group. On the other hand Akshay’s main condition for marrying Twinkle was that she quit films. Yes I know she wasn’t much of an actress but that’s besides the point. It’s the fact that he felt he could tell her what to do. He apparently did the same with Raveena when they were engaged and Raveena wasn’t a bad actress at all.

Sooooo given all that it feels like choosing who’s the lesser of the bad husbands. I guess Ajay 🤷🏽‍♀️.

I think it is for the people in the relationship to determine the value of a relationship. The qualities I look for may not be right for others. But I cannot help but feel sad that so many women, even stars, settle for unfulfilling marriages when they could do better.
