I saw another segment of the director interview where he say “ becharay Murtusaim ki toh puri zindagi hi badal jayegi “ because of Meerab’s acts . Then the person asked “ what abt Meetab’s ddukh?” Kya uska dukh, dukh nahin hai “? On this he replied that it’s all her creation . She is a complex character .

I am so disappointed after this .

Turkey, constitutionally is a secular country even though it has Muslim majority. Also it's closer to Europe than to the middle East and are more culturally influenced by Europe. Until a few years ago headscarf and hijab were banned in Turkey. I guess even polygamy is illegal in Turkey. Never saw a drama were the man had mutiple wives or married the woman he is cheating on with to justify his cheating.

I guess Dil sambhal Jaa Zara failed due to false marketing and it airing at prime time. They promoted it as a love story of a young girl and older man when the real love story was between the girl and the older man's nephew. The Turkish version literally translate into forbidden love. The forbidden love was the infidelity. Dil sambhal Jaa Zara had great ost and shot very well for a Hindi serial.

deep point, because isn't it conservative mindset to believe sex exits to fulfill a man's desire and to have babies, it is not an act of romance or love or joy for the woman.

btw all those that question why she doesn't consent yet, believe deep down when a man is ready women must be ready too.

Aray Don’t watch it, he just couldn’t put his thoughts properly.

He is director and he is doing fab job if not for him we would have never got Meerab and Murtasim. Such amazing chemistry and so many scenes so let’s forgive and forget his interview.
