P. S-As show is pak based we should keep in mind that audiences beliefs, boundaries etc.

I only want single scene to depict it happened, even as simple as sliding of duppata or something but for gods sake show something different.

Sliding of the dupatta 😆but for pak drama its decent. But I highly doubt it.

He is probably first ML who is working on saving his marriage and Wahaj playing Murtasim has lot to do .

you are absolutely right about all the instances that show she is written to establish a pattern of formidable thought, but her evoking the feeling of bratty or spoilt is partly because of our own bias which has been built for Murtasim but it hasn’t for Meerab. For all of her strong views, every time he does OTT dialogues, her response is more yes daddy or teach me more than having independent thought.

If you notice, when he gives her those lines about Adam and hawa before that she is asking for explanation. Even in the last episode she is asking him why don’t you leave me or tell me what is the solution and when he says pyaar mei giraftaar she is quiet… in many ways they have written her imbalanced / esp they have given him the romantic upper hand for a reason so that we feel that her not relenting is because she is bratty. But that’s the conditioning, her not relenting could also be about not wanting to lose her only control over the situation.

But for a show that is filled with repeated dialogues, they never have her say it.

I am only addressing her being called bratty and spoilt and my stance has been from the beginning - it’s because she is written weakly in a very imbalanced way which plays on our bias where we are unable to see or understand women like this.
