Pakhi Virat's marriage status

Lots of discussion has been done about the legality of marriage of Pakhi and Virat.

I might be in the minority, but I want this marriage to be legal.

Makers might change the status in a giffy when they want to, but I assume it to be legal.

The marriage of Sai and Virat is dead when he married pakhi.

Since we know Sairat is the endgame,when they come back together it should start afresh and not from the previous one which is totally tainted by the marriage of Pakhi and Virat for whatever reason they say ie deal,compromise.

It will be the least respect they can show to Sai as a character and Sairat family with kids.

As far as the show ke episodes is concerned, the Pakrat wedding is legal. Till now they have shown the wedding to be legal.

If they have to show it as illegal, they will have a separate track for it. But as things stand today, Pakrat wedding is legal

Yeah..as of now it stands legal..Those two are bound together and Sai is single😂😂

According to the makers of the show Pakrat marriage is legal. The only problem is the way they're forcing the viewers to accept it's legal. Sai has accepted the fact that Virat will always be with Pakhi. Virat too doesn't want to leave Pakhi inspite of loving Sai.

If at all the makers want to reunite Sairat then they will show a track where Virakhi will get divorced either due to circumstances or due to Pakhi doing some bigger kaand and Sairat will have to do another deal wala marriage.

Yeah..I am fine with it..It doesn't look good on Sai picking up from where Pakhi left.

See there have been 2 divorce tracks in other shows

In yeh rishta .. they said Abhimanyu n akshara have signed divorce papers .. family mentions if they are divorced

In krish n Shweta marriage .. divorce is done

over here they show the Sai has left the house .. and virat declares her dead ..

Now after this he marries Pakhi if Sai had really died then PakRat is a valid marriage but otherwise it is not

Since they never showed Sai n virat filing for a divorce .. PakRat marriage is not valid . if Virat and Sai are Hindu .. and pray to Bappa .. if both of them have converted to some other faith .. polygamy is allowed

I agree that Pakhi Virat marriage looks dicey and by laws of land and our logic,it's illegal.

She doesn't have any rights on CN..perhaps someone told her about Savi's rights in CN...that's why she is shouting yeh ghar mera hai in precap.

I am biased towards Sai and it won't look good for character if she gets back together with Virat without proper closure between Virat and Pakhi.

Since they are the end game,they should start afresh..Let pakhi die later..First she should lose the tag of Virat's wife.

Pakhi and Virat’s marriage is legal as per the writers, not logic. The makers tried way hard to show them as a successful onscreen couple, but failed miserably lol if only Pakhi hadn’t committed so many crimes lol we might as well liked her with Virat coz both of them are same — personality wise lol but anyway there’s no way any regular viewer would like the idea of Virat’s attraction towards Pakhi coz she committed so many crimes and openly accepted them and him being attracted towards her only made him look bad lol now the makers are trying to whitewash him by showing Sai and Virat track lol 🤣

I can still think of him with anyone, but Pakhi.

Sai will not take back virat .. but she should file for divorce so that she is free from being his hidden wife

Because if she gets married to another guy that will also be illegal .


See in India a lot of cases like this to exist it is not out of the box

Couples get married .. fight separate and then start living with other partners having a ceremonial marriage without filing for divorce

I agree. I want the VP marriage to be legal. Except that they should show an FB of Sai Virat's divorce.

Sairat marriage as of now is done and dusted according to both characters. So be it. They should establish them once again. Not through Virat's majnugiri but 'organically'. Incidentally...Sairat is out of the top 20 jodis list ( don't ask which list😆). There are new couples being established like Kaviaan❤️
