i think people forget why srk was famous to begin with. He went beyond acting, before his time actors were big stars, their job is to act, most had horrid personalities, scandals, not well spoken, they didn’t understand the PR game. SRK is the first superstar to make his name a brand, like being SRK meant something, it goes beyond money, success, power, a type of attitude only SRK has.

Amitabh Bachan tapped a little bit into that but not as successfully as srk and he was never as likeable.

And now everyone is like who is the new srk no one can become or match or surpass him. Yeah you can become a better actor than him, maybe make more money, better looking than him but the king stands alone. Yes he is older but his legacy forever remains.

I was reading ambani when they host any event at Antilla, only srk car is allowed to pass through the gates he gets his own parking. Even anil ambani has to park outside and walk.
