The complaint was filed by Jaswant Shah, a resident of Mumbai, who alleged that the company, of which Gauri Khan was the brand ambassador, failed to give possession of a flat despite charging 86 lakhs.

Ah so she is party to the FIR coz of being the brand endorser. Unless she secretly owns a construction company😆

So the guy bought the flat because Gauri was the brand ambassador to it. But since the owner of the construction company did not hand him over the flat, the guy sues Gauri Khan.

🤣 Means after you find out that your newly bought BMW is not working, you sue Sachin Tendulkar, because he’s the BA of BMW in India. 🤣

Rather shady to involve Gauri in a transaction with a company she doesn't OWN...did she even personally persuaded him to buy the apartment???

That reminds me of a guy who made SRK responsible for stomach pain he got when drinking a product SRK endorsed...
