Few things that came to my mind . Unlike many I feel V is not ignoring Vinu . He has acknowledged the problem and has full trust on Sai that she will do the needful . He has entrusted his son to Sai who is Vinu’s mom so he is silently supporting her in the background. If he had failed to acknowledge Vinu’s problem and had defended P then I would say he is turning blind eye to the problem.

Virat is behaving like a two timer . The lunch date precap itself was such a mood spoiler but his reaction like thank you for efforts makes it more cringe . If he wants to please his mistress then he better stop dreaming about his wife . If he wants his wife then he better draw boundaries with P . V is coming across as characterless.

He has made Vinu as sai's headache and has amnesia about Ps kaands that have caused Vinu harm

And now he is just lusting after her.

I did not find the scene of him getting affected by Sai's hair-toweling to be cute at all. It makes him look really cheap. Its actually soft voyuerism- the most they can show on 8pm prime time. If this was another kind of show, they would have taken it a step further and shown him watch her bathing or changing clothes and getting turned on...

If this scene had happened in the old sairat days, today they would be trending and everyone would be raving over it and how amazing it was. but now when he is married to P and is thanking her for the lunch and having a lunch date in his office without any resistance- he looks shameless. CHEE. GHATIYA it is.

Standalone NB manages to look very much turned on by seeing Sai in that state. So as a scene where he is showing love/lust for his wife it'd have worked really beautifully.

Only thing is Sai is NOT his wife. He cheated her, he broke her trust. He married another woman.

I too feel Sai unnecessarily got herself involved in the lady constable case. Woh police constable hoke bhi is so helpless then Sai kya ukhaad legi? I too feel this track is probably to expose Virat's 2-2 marriages truth and will either result in Sai leaving the outhouse or Pakhi doing something drastic and Virat finally getting fed up of her and breaking his marriage with her.
