It actually caused more problems to come their way and flirty Murtasim disappeared. I’m not holding out that he is going to passionately bring back Meerab. Your theory makes sense. I’m a little confused of when the consummation will take place. They will have to be at a good place for that to happen. If there’s a baby involved, it has to happen before the separation. I’m confused on that. I have to admit, with all the spoilers out, the show is still unpredictable.

Murtasim will think that Meerab has left him and does not want to be with him but as supposedly he can not live without her so Murtasim will go to Meerab's but instead of telling her that he wants her back he would say something like 'yeh tumhari saza hai jo tum nai meri aur meray khandaan ki baiizzati karayi hai kai ab tum saari zindagi meray saath raho' and then in classic Murtasim style will grab her arm and drag her to his place.

This is how we will get those 'jump from the roof' and other scenes as Meerab will still be upset with him and no 'aitraaf e muhabbat' and hence no consummation will happen 'againnn'.
