Chef Vikas has moved onto filmmaking and writing more, so I guess he is now concentrating more on that than TV shows.

I guess he’s doesn’t want to be stuck doing the same things. Initially they do it because it’s good money, but clearly that’s not his motive anymore, he’s made money.

So now trying to do different stuff related to food

It pushed his career rightfully so. However I do feel it was more for the exposure than the money. His Michelin stars are worth a lot more...but no one should say no to earning their due! If TV is paying him for his skills he should take it.

I do feel he's taking it slow because of his health issues. He has had multiple back surgeries, and I think wrist and ankle too. Working for long hours in the kitchen will do that to you. It shows he stays on his feet lol, I have seen so many ECs just sitting in their offices, doing absolutely nothing.

Also, he's asthmatic.

And his personal losses may have affected him. Sometimes I wonder if I should do a card reading about him 😆

my favs are nayan,gurkirat,kdk.neutral towards sachin,shanta,deepa(they are sweet and soft spoken and don't get much attention).suvarna,priyanka and aruna (I,me and myself)😆mostly their special comments are shown😡

I actually miss Amul Chocolates, Uncle Chips and Limca!!!

Waise it was so good to see Kunal again on the show. I really used to enjoy him and chef Ajay. They were the OG MasterChef judges after which Vikas joined. Don't know why didn't they renew chef Ajay again. He was so much fun!

Who is chef Ajay I have started this show from season 5 so don’t know who were the og judges.

He was in season 1. Chef Ajay Chopra. Then got replaced by Vikas

You haven't missed much though as one of the judges of first season was Akshay Kumar just because he worked in a kitchen before acting😆

Can't blame the channel though, none of the seasons could match with first season wrt popularity and TRP.

Season 1 was popular? I don't remember much about it.

Having Akshay on board to kickstart the show made a lot of sense. It attracted the audience to the concept of professional cooking.

I started hearing all the buzz season 2 onwards. Most aunties thought they brought a model who is pretending to be a chef 🤣
