From the perspective of vankar, pakhi being away from the scene would expedite the reunion. There won't be anything dramatic in the plot. This way, they will prelong the pakhi being kicked out till the end. In between sai virat will get closer, virat will feel guilty and attracted to sai, feel jealous of new guy in her life, vinu being close to sai, sai threatening to take vinu and savi with her and then finally reunite with virat which will automatically kick out pakhi from that position.

So no point looking at logic. Cause in real life, this whole thing is going to take less than a week to clear the misunderstanding and get pakhi the correct punishment whether it is jail or mental asylum (I personally prefer this option than jail).

Mental asylum dilutes Pakhi's crimes of illegal surrogacy, assault and forgery. Apt punishment would be if she is hold accountable and is punished for her crimes..mental asylum will be another trick of Vankar to get sympathy for the character and to absolve her of her mis deeds done intentionally to harm Sai and her family

That's sufficient for her. She had accepted Virat as her father though as adopted one, now knowing he is her real father doesn't make her feel any bad.

I have just presented my views and you can stick to yours but lets not expect the kids to think like adults.

People think virat doesn't deserve savi not because he was not with her since birth. But because he many times prioritised his current wife over his daughter. He never took stand for his daughter when his family was name calling her, comparing her with animals like rat. Except sending sai to jail, virat didn't do much for savi. He was ready to ignore savi just to please his wife. He failed as father to savi at that moment itself.

Sai- vinu case is completely opposite. Even before birth, sai did everything for her unborn child to the extent of risking her life. She even choosed to leave her husband just for her kid. Lived with guilt for many years over her son death. Did everything to find her lost son. So sai was not just egg donor for vinu. She did many battles for him & still doing. Mainly she never kept silent when someone was abusing her kids like virat.

So it's just not about egg and sperm donors. It's about the difference between the efforts by sai virat towards their children.

Even now virat is not serious about vinu's mental state, savi vinu now know the truth but he was ok with his kids thinking themselves as adopted kids.

The fact that he didn't took any good step for the welfare of his kids and still planning to please pakhi makes him unworthy father.

While sai on other hand is doing every battle for her kids. Doing everything to keep her kids happy at the expense of compromising her self respect and comfortness.

Why majority of audience thinks sai deserves her kids to be with her , why not virat is ...

Post sai miscarriage virat was busy in his own world of sulking crying ...sai opted for adoption but virat rejected that idea because he wanted his and sai kid... so they have opted for surrogacy.

Whole family was against for surrogacy option...sai was the one who convinced entire family especially kaku for surrogacy process. She is the one who found suitable surrogate for the process...again kaku and V were against for the chosen surrogate...they both were givenup to pakhi manipulations. Again sai alone fought with them and tried her best to convince them that P is not suitable surrogacy process. On the day implantation it was sai, who fought with goons, to bring surrogate gertha to hospital. Here virat sat in the hospital had chitchat with p and kaku and finally given permission to P for the implantation against sai wish.

Process done, entire surrogacy process he enjoyed pregancy joirney with p, and deprived sai from fetus.

In hospital he was not even tried to correct doctor when doctor assumed p is Mrs. Chavan.

In entire surrogacy process sai lived in the fear of losing her son to P. P never paid much attention to her health or baby's health. All she wanted is to get close to V.

Virat never tried to understand Sai's fears or never tried to clear her insecurities.

She has somuch trust in V, so she allowed him to do delivery also ...but he snached baby vinu from sai and handovered to P.

After exposing all p crimes by Sai, p openly admitted she done everything to snach virat and vinu from sai, he bailed her out and brought P to home.

He had chosen P over his wife and son.

Sai left the house with Vinu, unfortunately shd met with an accident and lost him. If that accident wouldn't happened, Vinu, Sai and Savi are together and living like a happy family.

Coming to Savi case, he always prioritised P insecurities over Savi.

He is continuously giving vaadas to P, to secure her, to clear her insecurities.

HE never asked his family members to behave properly with Savi.

P called savi is the root cause of all her problems still no strong stand for savi from V 's side.

In one particular scene, to Please Pakhi, he said that savi father is not here so that's why she is calling me as baba. Who will say that harsh words infront of a small kid.

For p's sake he is ready to be remain as adopted father in his both kids life.

Vinu thinking hjs parents were abandoned him and he is an orphan, still he dont have any guilt on it.

He never desperated to spend some time with Savi, but in sai case the moment she came to know that vinu is her child, we had clearly seen her longing yearning for her kid, her desperation to stay with her kid, to want to hear aai from vinu..

I did nt see any desperation from V 's side to stay with his kids.

Arresting Sai and sending her to jail is a kind of act to satisfy his ego.

First they should solve existing Vinu s issues .

Later new tracks.
