Agreed. And Garima went to the yellow team specifically and told them not to lose the colours and flavours of organic food and they did. Literally they had brown and green. That was it. And such dull browns and greens that I didn't even want to look at some of their items, much less taste them.

What I also didn't like is how Priyanka was quick to blame KDK for not tasting everything.

I genuinely liked the aerial view they shot of farms & it's relatable as my family has mango farm in UP (we only grow that primarily, not an entire stock of vegetables as depicted in the episode but the feel you have when merely even arrive at the farm is something unforgettable). Also, good to see Baa back, even though it was temporary.

I felt Aruna was the captain more than Nayanjyoti, so I felt Nayan should've kept his fixed stance, makes him look bit dependent on the team. Aruna kept on speaking but didn't allow Nayan to speak when he was trying to voice the menu. When Ranveer asked about the roselle balsamic reduction (which intrigued me because I'm bit biased towards hibiscus-related food😆), Aruna voiced out. Nayan just looked lost as a captain. So some lack of leadership was there. I hope Nayan improves on it.

Coming to the pink team's dish, the carrot glazed dish was looking great! Too bad the pizza was lacking the salt/seasoning and the salad was also deficient. The thepla-styled tacos were looking fresh & vibrant. They did have better concepts in comparison to yellow team.

Yellow team's dish- Kahwah was simple. Soup & garlic-steamed fish was looking simple and average, like somewhat undercooked. Fruit salad looked overdone with the way the cucumber was sliced. Mutkule was probably the best looking dish. Even the beetroot dessert was looked nice but was bit dicey over the use of spice.

I know right I was like woman let him speak but with Nayan leadership I knew he would somehow failed doing it but I hope he improves. Also Aruna when you knew he lacks leadership skills than why did you even choose him as a captain in first place.

I’m glad they chose two people to be captains who haven’t been captain before, but one was a reluctant captain (KDK) while the other was easily overpowered.

While it was good to see Baa, I wish they’d done the challenge in three teams of three each. No point bringing an ex contestant back (unless as wildcard).

Brunch is t really an Indian concept and our food is usually too heavy for brunch - so I liked the menu and concept of the red team. They had international dishes with some Indian flavours.

The red teams plates looked much better - very colourful and fresh. I liked that they chose to make things that didn’t need a lot of cooking. Pity they forgot about their drink and only made something out of what they had left in the end. While they could’ve used Baa’s Gujrati flavours, that wasn’t their menu. And to change their menu for one person didn’t make sense, since Baa wouldn’t have been able to make so many dishes. So best do what everybody is comfortable with.

The yellow team seemed to be doing well, but how can a team with Suvarna be all calm. Though for the first time Suvarna was a good team player. Everybody was making their own dishes, there was little to no interference from the other. Yes, their food lacked colour. Everything was cooked, so lost colour. When you have a farm to plate concept - there should be a lot of stir fries, glazed vegetables, salads, etc. I think that’s where they lost.

captaincy - Both were bad captains. For the red team, Aruna was captaining the team. I hated when she said Nayanjyoti can’t captain well and all those comments. How about you take a backseat and see what he does. It’s like he didn’t get the chance. I have no doubt that he would’ve actually made Aruna his second in command. Kamaldeep was reluctant to be captain because she can’t order people around. It was very evident, there was little teamwork.

Today, I think I saw a mean side to Gurkirat. Until now everything he said was being taking lightly. But being happy at the other teams faults because it makes yours look smaller? There’s no sportsman spirit.

Aruna is praised to the moon and back. Nayan wasn't a better captain he had Aruna's support. KDK looks timid. Both teams had a few good dishes only. Baa should have been a wildcard.

yellow team brunch really looked very dull and boring, on the other side, pink team brunch was really looked very refreshing and beautiful.

Most likely the final episodes have been shot. Guessing from Chef Vikas ka fb post a few days back that he posted about beginning a new journey to fulfil his sister’s dream(as in he is going to nyc/ in nyc by now as this was 2 days back), then his mom packing a suitcase.

Perhaps the chefs & contestants know the winner too?

I sincerely hope Suvarna goes this week. Obviously no one likes her that's why she isn't picked for team tasks and everyone is shading her. 🤣
