The episode begins with Anupama performing Pooja early in the morning , she is joined by Kinjal, they pray for the entire family, Toshu’s recovery and Pari n CA’s happiness.
Kinjal then seeks advice from Anupama over the balance of house work and job of bahu , Baa’s resentment over working bahus . Anupama explains n reassures Kinjal , they hug and she thanks Anupama for everything she was doing n her advice .Anupama prepares the favourite dishes for Anuj and CA and sends them to KM. She then prepares BF for Shah family n offers them , Kinjal and Kavya help her serve the food.
Anupama notices some tensions between VanYa , she asks Kav but nothing is disclosed .
At KM, CA and Anuj relish all the fav dishes Anupama has sent for them , they ignore Maaya’s prepared dishes, this makes Maaya angry and jealous . Barkha adds fuel to the burning fire of Maaya’s jealous rage .
After BF Anupama collect the entire family to discuss important issues .she gets a phone call from Anuj and she leaves tk take the call. Baa gets annoyed and asks her not to leave keeling Shah famiky waiting as this discussion was important , Anupama retorts back that her talking to her K family was the most important things for her . Baa argues but Anupama retorts back .she learns how Anuj and CA loved her cooking , in the video call, she notices Maaya behave lovingly towards CA and this makes her jealous . She gets even. Ore jealous when a aaya says she will bake a cake for CA.
Anupama then returns to the discussion with Shah family. She makes power point presentation of distribution of duties of various Shah family members regarding Toshu’s care . She also informs they will hire male nurse for taking care of Toshu .
Baa resents the idea of hiring make nurse but Rakhi,Kavya and Kinjal support her . After discussing everyone’s duties Anupama states it was now time for her to get back to KM. She was required there n that was her first priority , baa resents and stops her but Anupama retorts back and insists she was needed at KM.
Babuji understands and so does Kavya. Baa taunts Anupama for acting like a heroine , Anioama retorts stating she was indeed the heroine of her own family and right now she was needed there for the role of heroine , she will come for attending to Toshu’s problems . She will not live permanently at SH and asks Baa not to expect that.

Maaya, Anuj and CA are about to cut the cake Maaya has prepared for CA , Anupama arrives and joins the cake cutting replacing Maaya. Maya gets jealous n angry .
Anuj suggests they all go for a picnic . Anupama assures she too will joi the picnic . CA is thrilled , Anuj asks Anupama not to give false assurances to CA as she gets upset when her dreams get shattered . Anuj feels Anupama will not be able to join them. Right then Baa gives a call to Anupama stating Toshu had his doctor’s appointment next day and Anupama was required, Anupama declines but Baa insists .
Anuj states Anupama need not come to the Picnic with them but Maaya is the one who should accompany CA to picnic . Anupama is shocked n guilty .
